Superior Dunedin Apartments

Very nice place - everything was clean and modern. It's around a 10' drive to the city center. Would definitely stay again!

This is the REALLY BAD experience hotel we stay in DUNEDIN！We're couple + 76's father to choose 3ppl room, when we checked in and saw the SINGLE BED just a thin matress（like the picture）, and we call to customer service about the mattress issue, we get the answer from the customer service is "we don't have any single room tonight as already fully book, and we don't have any good single bed to change, its becoz you book the cheap hotel, and our hotel is cheap, then what you get the cheap experience, you can leaves the bad rating or review, we don't care”, what the customer service attitude!!!! If the hotel can't fit 3ppl to stay in the room, Why should let customer to choose 3pax room？ End up we sleeping on the floor without any matteress during winter time！ 绝对不推荐入住这个酒店！ 3人入住的酒店，却给一张单薄的床褥让76岁老人家睡吗？如果酒店没有额外的单人床，为何还要显示能够3人入住？这不是坑人吗？大冬天的，房间的暖气也不够温暖，我们还要和别的房间借被子，铺在地上睡觉，打电话给客服，给的答案也是很无脑，“我们无法给你一间单人间，因为今天晚上的房间都订满了，因为你订的酒店是最便宜的，然而我们的酒店就是这么便宜，当然你得到这么差劲的体验，我们也不介意你给我们差评”，最后只能让老人家睡床，年轻人打地铺，住了那么多酒店，从来没有一间酒店这么差劲👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Really nice looking room and a very good price performance ratio. And you even get a complimentary drink. Room was nice and warm upon arrival. I didnt really understand the self checkin for a second, cause i didnt know the rooms were directly at the parkinglot, where the whiteboards and the name are written. Really easy and useful for a fast checkin and checkout. I would stay there again.

I needed a reservation for two rooms. After booking one room the second room was not available. When I tried to cancel the first room (because one room was no good for me) I was told that I could not cancel. I will not do business with Trip.com or these apartments again if I do not get a refund.

Second time to visit

部屋はとてもきれいです。設備は電子レンジが付いて食品をあっためて食べんことが出来ます。湯沸かしポットもありますが、湯沸かしがなぜか出来ませんでした。 シャワー、トイレ、洗面所が一室にあり、床暖房が入ってとても暖かかったです。 場所は市内より10キロ以上離れてるので、少し不便な位置にありますが、快適に過ごすことは出来ました。
