Check in is posted for 2 PM. Found facility around 3 pm and checked in only to find the door to “my room” open, warm, and not ready. Called front desk. Person didn’t apologize. She said I would have to come back to lobby to see if they had another room ready or “you mignt have to wait.” I didn’t take this very well. I am a disabled (invisible) American. The front desk person knew that. Lugging my suitcase on carpeting does a number on my back. She did find another room but it caused my back to spasm. Not necessary. Just practice integrity and customer service excellence.

พนักงานน่ารักมากรองรับและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่และเตียงก็สบายมาก หมอนมีขนาดมาตรฐาน ผ้าเช็ดตัวสะอาดดี มีตู้เย็นขนาดเล็กไมโครเวฟและเครื่องชงกาแฟในห้อง แต่น่าเสียดายที่ในห้องของเราไม่มีถุงกาแฟ อาหารเช้ามีขนาดเล็ก มีเพียงวาฟเฟิลและน้ําผลไม้เท่านั้น โดยรวมแล้วเราพักได้ดี

I've stayed here many times and never really had a problem accept for this time this morning I woke up and the 1st thing I barely seen was a bed bug crawling on the bed..

Very pleased with cleanliness and quiet room. Good location to stop on our way to New Mexico. We were easily able to meet up with our other family members.

Nice clean rooms and location is ok not within walking distance to any restaurants they advertise pool but is not available to use friendly staff

Room was clean, quiet. Bed comfortable. Nice large room. Appeared to be recently updated. Staff were friendly. I would stay here again.

Super friendly staff. Great location near lots of stores, restaurants and the mall. Clean rooms & comfortable beds.
