Stay here for one night is a great experiences especially for family with kids. Me with family got a good time stayed here and definitely will repeat again. Kids having fun played at the swimming pool Level 6. Only at night time, not much lamp at the swimming pool side. Family with more than one car, need to pay extra, or you can pay 20myr for one day at the basement parking. Overall, all is good.

อพาร์ทเมนท์มีห้องออกกำลังกาย สระว่ายน้ำ และห้องของฉันตั้งอยู่ด้านหน้าสนามเด็กเล่น ห้องพักเย็น ทุกอย่างดีแค่เครื่องปรับอากาศไม่เย็นเกินไปแม้จะเปิด 16 องศาเซลเซียสและฝักบัว (หัวฝักบัว) เสีย นอกเหนือจากนั้นทุกอย่างเรียบร้อยดีและฉันก็พอใจ

Location wise very strategic, within ~15mins drive time to nearby attractions. You can stay conviniently here because you got Nasken, McD at the ground floor… Pak Leh Milo Tunggeng just walkable distance.

เราเป็นครอบครัว 6 คนที่มีเด็กและผู้ใหญ่ อพาร์ทเมนท์ดูเหมือนจะใหม่ห้องพักสะอาดและสวยงาม เราพักอย่างมีความสุขที่นี่ มีสนามเด็กเล่นที่ชั้น 4 อย่างน้อยก็โอเคไม่มีอะไรทําเช่นนั้น สําหรับเราสถานที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับห้างสรรพสินค้า aeon ซึ่งเหมาะสําหรับการช็อปปิ้ง อาหารค่ํา และค่ารถ EV มี 2 ตําแหน่งสําหรับชาร์จ EV สะดวกมากและมีพื้นที่มากมาย โฮสต์อาจลืมส่งข้อความให้เราก่อนหน้านี้ แต่เมื่อโทรมารับเร็วมากและแจ้งให้เราทราบวิธีการเช็คอิน แค่นั้นอาจจะดีมากถ้ามีสระว่ายน้ําให้บริการ! . จะสมบูรณ์แบบสําหรับสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวก! อย่างไรก็ตามปัญหาเล็ก ๆ สําหรับเจ้าของ มีเข็มอยู่บนโครงเตียงใกล้หัวดังนั้นมันจึงอันตรายจริงๆ แต่ฉันสามารถเห็นมันและถอดมันออกทันที แต่ถ้าเราไม่สังเกตเห็นเด็ก ๆ เล่นที่นั่นมันจะน่ากลัวจริงๆ ดังนั้นโปรดระวังมากขึ้นในการทําความสะอาดบ้านเข็มถูกทิ้งไว้ในโต๊ะครัว ขอบคุณสําหรับการเข้าพัก! จะกลับมาอีกถ้าจําเป็น!

Excellent stay, clean room and friendly staff. Great hotel, comfortable and worth the price. Clean, cosy and excellent service. Very pleasant stay, highly recommended. Nice room, good location and helpful staff. Fantastic experience, will stay again. Comfortable bed and excellent hospitality. Great value for money and very clean.

Location wise is good. Only one of the units got slow internet. Not enough utensils but the owner was cooperative. The rest should be ok. Troika management should keep up on their maintenances. Lift was out of order and only 2 functioning. Took so much time since we were given different level during family’s vacation. Waiting for lift took so much of our time.

วิวแม่น้ำและเมือง เข้าถึงทุกสถานที่ได้ง่าย อาคารนี้ติดกับโรงแรมไอบิส สะอาดและสะดวกสบาย แต่ควรซ่อมแซมแค่ฝักบัวเท่านั้น มีคำแนะนำที่ชัดเจนจากเจ้าของที่พัก โดยรวมแล้วเป็นที่พักที่ดี 👍🏻 แนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง

Overall is Good . The environment is clean and hygienic . I had pleasure stay and definitely will repeat again to stay here where I come go Kalantan. Only the shower water pressure was low , hope these can be improved

The room is clean, there are mineral water provided & even dental kit for use. There are infinity swimming pool that faces the city view. Right below the residency there are convenient shops, restaurants & cafés.

Overall, everything was good, but there are a couple of areas that need improvement. There was no wiping cloth provided for the sink area, which was inconvenient. Also, the current coffee/toast burner or whatsoever they called, the setup is not practical especially if you want to reheat food. Replacing it with a small microwave would be far more useful. That aside, the service was excellent. Response times were impressively fast, likely due to the use of an AI platform for handling customer enquiries.
