Our stay at 2BR Premium Suites Troika Kota Bharu by AGhome was very pleasant and comfortable. Location wise is good. Only one of the units got slow internet. Not enough utensils but the owner was cooperative. The rest should be ok. Troika management should keep up on their maintenances. Lift was out of order and only 2 functioning. Took so much time since we were given different level during family’s vacation. Waiting for lift took so much of our time.

วิวแม่น้ำและเมือง เข้าถึงทุกสถานที่ได้ง่าย อาคารนี้ติดกับโรงแรมไอบิส สะอาดและสะดวกสบาย แต่ควรซ่อมแซมแค่ฝักบัวเท่านั้น มีคำแนะนำที่ชัดเจนจากเจ้าของที่พัก โดยรวมแล้วเป็นที่พักที่ดี 👍🏻 แนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง

Overall, everything was good, but there are a couple of areas that need improvement. There was no wiping cloth provided for the sink area, which was inconvenient. Also, the current coffee/toast burner or whatsoever they called, the setup is not practical especially if you want to reheat food. Replacing it with a small microwave would be far more useful. That aside, the service was excellent. Response times were impressively fast, likely due to the use of an AI platform for handling customer enquiries.

When we entered the studio, we have found a phone on the table so we had to contact the place owner. The living room area was just average so we didn't use area that much. The room condition was good and the toilet was clean, with a good water pressure. We did not use any other studio facilities except the iron. The iron board was old and not in a good condition. The car park is provided but the area was too dark and the water was on the floor - could be intimidating if we were off from the car alone.

Friendly host. Recommended for family. The house and the rooms are spacious. Not to mention the kitchen utensils are well equipped. Theres also washing machine and filtered water dispenser Maybe if there's a microwave oven will add-up the positive rating. It is also a well cleaned unit except i found the CHARLIE. Be cautious.

สะดวกสบายมีเครื่องซักผ้าแต่ไม่มีน้ำแร่ให้แขก...ถ้ามีเครื่องกรองน้ำคงจะดีมากเพราะตอนนี้อากาศร้อนที่โกตาบารูต้องดื่มน้ำตลอดเวลา.. . มีร้านอาหารมากมายรอบๆ อพาร์ทเมนท์ของเราโดยเฉพาะโกปิเตี่ยม... แค่เดิน ... นอกจากนี้ยังมีสระว่ายน้ำบนชั้น 8
