Instructions for the key and access to the unit was clear and easy. They provided enough information including where to park which was very convenient. The unit is acceptable, however the carpet and sofa was used and you can see stains over it. Towels and basic toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste is provided. There's also a water dispenser, kitchen utensils, for basic kitchen needs. Overall, the location is good and comes with an incredible sunset view.

Excellent stay, clean room and friendly staff. Great hotel, comfortable and worth the price. Clean, cosy and excellent service. Very pleasant stay, highly recommended. Location wise is good. Only one of the units got slow internet. Not enough utensils but the owner was cooperative. The rest should be ok. Troika management should keep up on their maintenances. Lift was out of order and only 2 functioning. Took so much time since we were given different level during family’s vacation. Waiting for lift took so much of our time.

Overall is Good . The environment is clean and hygienic . I had pleasure stay and definitely will repeat again to stay here where I come go Kalantan. Only the shower water pressure was low , hope these can be improved

Overall, everything was good, but there are a couple of areas that need improvement. There was no wiping cloth provided for the sink area, which was inconvenient. Also, the current coffee/toast burner or whatsoever they called, the setup is not practical especially if you want to reheat food. Replacing it with a small microwave would be far more useful. That aside, the service was excellent. Response times were impressively fast, likely due to the use of an AI platform for handling customer enquiries.
