Friendly and helpful staff at check in worth mention is Ms Dicksha. The hotel offers free on site parking and complimentary breakfast though it's mere toast bread and cereals The hotel is close by Palace of the Fine Arts and some eateries. The room has a microwave which can come in handy if you have microwaveable food for the night

The room was clean and the location was great, but it was really noisy and suddenly smelled very strongly of *********.

Great location with free parking. Area all around advised ‘Do not ‘ leave anything visible in cars. The day we arrived ( Monday ) apparently some cars had been broken into the previous night. The rooms were clean and spacious. Outside in the corridors etc could do with some attention but in the whole value for money in San Francisco.

Ideally located in Santa Barbara, great value for money and lovely ownership. A good motel overall, not hotel quality but you get what you pay for and we were happy for the night.
