Good place for a short staycation. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and courteous. The room was nice and clean. I also enjoyed the amenities like the pool. The location is awesome, Molito Mall is just in front. Few things that could be better. There is only two small elevators servicing the entire building. I can imagine it could cause some issues if the hotel was fully booked, luckily I dont think the hotel was full during our stay. The phone in the room was not working, so it will be harder to contact house keeping or the hotel lobby. They are also serving snacks at the pool area. This might be something new because when I asked their staff what can they recommend, they are not that familiar with the menu items. Overall I still enjoyed my stay and will surely come back.

Our dining experience was one of the most memorable, considering the ambiance and the musical band served as the cherry on top. If you think good music and good food pair well together, then choosing to dine and stay at Vivere Hotel would be the right choice for you. Not to mention, the service was really great despite arriving on a busy Friday night. The servers never failed to greet us with a warm welcome and made sure that we had everything we needed. All in all, I aim to come back with my friends another time as I really enjoyed my time there and Vivere Hotel's hospitality would definitely be one of the reasons why I'd choose them over any hotel in the south.

The Good: 1. Price point - This is an affordable, no frills, simple hotel. 2. Clean room - Being a rather new hotel, the room, bathroom, bed, hallways, etc are still very clean and well maintained. 3. Pleasant staff - People are generally nice and helpful here. 4. Location - Located in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang. Molito is just nearby. The Bad: 1. Basic necessities such as a water kettle, glasses / mugs, basic toiletries are not provided. Not a dealbreaker, but it would be nice to have them all in the room. Neither Good Nor Bad: 1. There aren't that much amenities here, hence hotel was able to drive the prices down. The Verdict: Would love to be back to stay here for future work-related stays, if needed.

Its a bit noisy in the area so I recommend that the hotel management invest in more soundproof curtains. Apart from that the beds and linens are so clean, the breakfast was hearty, and the staff were very kind.

I stayed here with a colleague for work. Unfortunately I left my prescription eyeglasses at our room prior checking out. I was a few blocks away from the hotel already when I realized it was not packed in my bag but couldn't return immediately due to work schedule, so I decided to call the front desk and thought they might help me in recovering my lost item (it was only 8AM). After several attempts to contact them, it was already past lunchtime when they confirmed there was nothing left in the room. I went back to the hotel to try and search for it myself but when I returned, the room was already clean. The staff was unhelpful and I doubt the security of the place. If you're staying at this hotel, please triple check all your belongings. There are other hotels nearby with more accommodating staff and hopefully, a safer place for your things.
