Barns full of royal coaches

Lots of coaches to see but since the man has to open and shut each barn, he kind of hurries you along which is not the most pleasant. Nevertheless, it was worth the visit.

Considerable collection

This museum has approximately 70 horse-drawn carriages of different types on display, a few of a more "regal" nature but most of them of common day-to-day use.

As good asthe one in Lisbon

The place is more interesting to expose "coches" than a museum because they are in the stables. The collection is large, well cared for and has pieces that do not exist in the Museu dos coches in Lis...

hay que verlo

En mis anteriores visitas a Vila Vicosa no había podido verlo y merece mucho la pena. Intuyo que es la mayor colección portuguesa en esta materia.
