The reservoir is closed to the public. However, it would have been nice to be notified of this in mass media. All current websites and information centres still said the reservoir is open to the pub...

Gates were locked

Drove out there only to find the gates locked and no one around to ask what was going on. Disappointing, however there was a lonely kangaroo hopping around in the area.

Empty

Stayed in Silverton (lovely spot at the caravan park). Need to drive a fair way to get there. The dam was totally empty when I was there in 2016 but I am planning to go back :) But driving around the...
