"The location on a busy street means there's occasional road noise, though it's not too loud with the window closed. You can walk to the main attractions from here. There's an on-site cafe where you can order room service and breakfast is served in the mornings. The service is excellent, and while the room furniture might be a bit dated, it could also be part of the room's theme. I would have liked faster internet. 🙏🫶"

"I stayed here for 3 nights on a solo trip. On my last day, my train schedule suddenly changed, departing an hour earlier. Even though it was early in the morning, I requested a transfer from the hotel to the train station. The staff member who checked me in was incredibly kind and helpful; despite my limited English, she made a great effort to understand me, and I really appreciated her hospitality. The driver who took me to the station was also very safe, and I was so grateful for the early morning ride. The breakfast was delicious too. The hotel had minimal amenities, so bringing your own toothbrush set is a must. Also, there was a distinctive scent throughout the hotel, but I got used to it after a few days. The shower had a slight sewage smell, but only when first turned on. I really enjoyed listening to the beautiful violin performances every evening, and being able to watch YouTube in my room was a nice touch."

"Rating: 10/10 ”This hotel is a real eastern fairy tale! Once you open the door, you get into the amazing world of eastern color. The hotel is new, but at the same time decorated with great love for tradition each detail is thought up to tiny. The rooms are decorated in authentic eastern style, with very comfortable and comfortable. Bed just excellent has slept wonderfully. The hotel has a cozy recreation area where you can just lie down, relax and drink a cup of aroma tea. And the pool is a separate bonus, especially in the heat! A separate thanks to host an incredibly hospitality man, showed real eastern hospitality. He went to meet us and allowed us to stay at the hotel 3 hours after departure so that we could quietly wait for the train. Free! It is expensive. "The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located, with many of Bukhara’s main attractions within walking distance. Everything is brand new, and I would highly recommend this hotel. I visit Bukhara at least twice a year, and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in the city so far. The hotel had only been open for about a week during my stay, so I believe some minor issues are simply because the staff are still getting used to the systems and procedures. For example, my reservation showed that the payment had already been made, but at checkout I was told that the payment had not yet appeared in their account. I had to wait for around 5–10 minutes while they checked the situation, but eventually everything was sorted out and I was able to leave without any problem. Considering how new the hotel is, I completely understand these minor issues. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again."

"If you want to live in the historic center of Bucharest, you're here. The rooms are spacious, there is everything you need. Breakfast is diverse. The cozy interior courtyard, generally the home environment, the hosts are welcome. Near cafes, restaurants, and the most important of the Lyby House, where you can walk both day and late in the evening."

"The decoration style is like a domestic hotel 20 years ago. It is a little far from the ancient city. It doesn’t matter if the local taxi is very cheap. However, when I stayed, an unpleasant thing happened. Because I booked it early, and some team activities at that time, the price may be cheap. The store said that after I checked in for a few hours, I refunded this order online, so I can't live. If I want to live, I will pay at the price of the day and now. I ignored what they said, and communicated directly with Trip.com customer service. The customer service immediately responded to this order effectively. There was no cancellation. Let me wait. They went to communicate. After nearly an hour of multi-party communication, I accepted that we could continue to stay. The customer service said that we must ensure that we can live. If there is a price difference, they will bear it and let me live with confidence, which makes me very touched. Thank you Trip.com for trying your best to solve the problem for the guests. Although I don't hear their Uzbekistan language, I feel that I want to temporarily raise the house price, and because we don't speak each other's language, I use mobile phone software to translate, so I don't understand what it means, they can't, and finally communicated with the local general agent, I was good to let me live at the original price. I went for a few days. In addition to this phenomenon, other locals and hotels are very hospitable and obedient. Buhara is a place worth traveling, the consumption is not high, the historical and cultural city, come back next time, it is much more convenient to live in the ancient city."

"The room itself was okay, and the location was decent, fairly close to the center. The floor was dirty (I was the only one there, so it should have been clean). They gave me a towel, but no bedding (the blanket and pillow were very dirty). I asked for a set and they only gave me a sheet. The shower and toilet had an unpleasant odor. The staff speaks Russian and some English. With such cleanliness, the high price is unjustifiable (I'm not even talking about repairs, which cost money, but maintaining cleanliness and at least providing liquid soap in the toilet is not that difficult). I've stayed in dozens of hostels around the world, and this is the worst."

"Location-wise, the hotel is not in the city center, but that’s not a big issue in Bukhara, the city is small and a taxi ride of around 10–15 minutes gets you anywhere. However, there is a construction site right next to the hotel. Work starts early in the morning, if you’re planning a trip anytime soon, I would not recommend staying here due to the noise . And the breakfast is quite disappointing. Most importantly, the hygiene standard was concerning. The toilet paper provided in our room appeared to be visibly stained."

"The room was clean, but the tap water was yellow and didn't change color even after running for a long time; thankfully, it returned to normal the next day. Since the hotel is located in a newly developed area, there aren't many restaurants or eateries nearby. Breakfast was similar to other hotels, enough to fill you up."
