First time here, Not the best location but definitely It is now my favorite place in Madinah. Although it is rated as 4 stars but I believe it deserves 5. The staff are amazing and treat you as special guest.

Positives - 1 minute from Masjid Nabawi, courteous staff, excellent breakfast variety, large breakfast area, money exchange opposite, fridge/iron/ironing board/safe/coffee pod machine in room, elevators relatively fast, luggage storage after checking out
Negatives - dated carpets and rooms, loose room fixings, smell from bathroom, noisy aircon on higher setting
A truly magical stay! The caravan set in the middle of AlUla’s mountains is a unique and beautiful experience I absolutely loved it. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the food was good (though a bit pricey).
A few small downsides: the AC in the caravan was quite loud, the room wasn’t very dark during the day, and it would be great to have a pool directly by the caravan instead of having to go to the main hotel, which is about 10 minutes away by car and golf cart. Also, during my two visits to the pool, I stayed for around two hours each time and no staff or bartender came by to ask if we wanted to order drinks.
Overall, despite these small issues which didn’t affect me much, it was a magical and memorable experience I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back again one day.

ผผู้เข้าพักThis hotel is truly delightful. The staff is very welcoming, sharing a story and offering a brief tour before check-in. The ambiance is magical, largely due to the reliance on candlelight rather than extensive electricity. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful. My only minor reservation was the pervasive presence of the SAB bank logo. While subtle, once noticed, it became apparent in nearly every design element throughout the hotel. Nevertheless, I would wholeheartedly rate this experience a perfect 10/10, particularly for those who appreciate its unique charm and atmosphere.
