โรงแรมยอดเยี่ยม! บรรยากาศอบอุ่น พนักงานเอาใจใส่และสุภาพ มีการทำความสะอาดทุกวัน และทุกอย่างสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยเสมอ อาหารเช้าอร่อยและมีให้เลือกหลากหลาย – เริ่มต้นวันใหม่ด้วยอาหารดีๆ ได้อย่างดีเยี่ยม ห้องพักแรกของเราค่อนข้างชื้น แต่ทางโรงแรมก็จัดการอย่างรวดเร็วและอัพเกรดห้องให้เราเป็นห้องที่สะดวกสบายกว่าโดยไม่มีคำถามใดๆ โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีเยี่ยม ใกล้กับโรงเรียนสอนภาษาอังกฤษ QQEnglish ร้านกาแฟและร้านค้ามากมาย และเดินทางไปไหนมาไหนได้ง่าย มีชายหาดส่วนตัวอยู่ห่างออกไปเพียง 10 นาที เป็นตัวเลือกที่ยอดเยี่ยมสำหรับการพักผ่อนและการเรียนอย่างสะดวกสบาย!

No complaints, as the price of the hotel is quite cheap, a place to sleep, location is not bad, short walk to Mango Avenue, Robinson Fuente etc, many shops around, aircond is old fashion window type but it's working well, water pressure is good, old country and western hot-cold shower mixer, the blanket is thin though, but again as said earlier, it does the job, good enough for a good night rest, buy your own drinking water from downstairs mini mart, basic soap shampoo and toothbrush/paste provided by hotel. For budget traveller, this is recommended, but but for those who are fussy and have better budget, pls skip this one.

คุ้มค่ากับความสะอาดและที่นอนที่นุ่มสบายเทียบเท่ากับโมเทลที่สร้างขึ้นใหม่ในเกาหลี! สถานที่ที่คลุมเครืออาจไม่สะดวกเล็กน้อย แต่ฉันแนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่งหากคุณไม่ชอบการใช้เงินจำนวนมากในรีสอร์ทไร้สาระเช่น Henann หรือ Bellevue ในช่วงฤดูท่องเที่ยว หรือหากคุณวางแผนที่จะดำน้ำที่สถานที่ใกล้กับ Napaling หรือ Doljo Beach .

After reading the description on the hotel website, seeing the pictures and reading the reviews, I have to admit that we were quite disappointed. We booked the „Royal Bungalow“ located directly at the private beach of the resort for 3 nights . The description promised: „With only 4 Royal Bungalows available, you’ll experience a heightened level of privacy and personalized service during your stay.“ We did not experience any personalized service or privacy. The beach was very crowded and noisy and people were having their picnic directly in front of our veranda. We also had the impression that there were quite a few day-guests at the beach. On the second night, the dinner was at the beach in front of our bungalow, with music blasting until 9pm, which wasn’t so nice with little children who wanted to sleep. On the third day, there was even a bouncing castle with a noisy motor next to the veranda (see pictures for the view from our bungalow). Our understanding of privacy and exclusivity differs considerably from what we experienced. Also, on the first day, our bungalow was only cleaned at 5 pm, even though we put the „please clean“ sign at 9:30. In addition, the service during dinner and breakfast was not very pleasant. The staff was not very attentive and our order for drinks was forgotten at 3 different occasions. There was not even a word of excuse when we kindly asked were our order was. Maybe it was because the main restaurant was closed for renovations and food was always served either at the beach or the pizza restaurant. After the first night, we asked whether it was possible to reserve a table for the next two nights, which was kindly promised to be arranged. Unfortunately, on both nights they forgot about it. On the plus side, there were 2 shows during our stay during dinner, which was pretty cool and there is always life music. The Oyster bar at the beach is great and the staff there was amazing. Also, the gym is good and there are 3 pools at the resort, one with a slide, which tb kids really enjoyed. The resort itself is very nice designed work small huts and a lot of green. Also, upon request, they extended the offer to a complementary airport transfer as this would have been included in a booking via Their website (and not via trip.com). One last thing, which I found quite strange was that - even though we had a full board offer via Trip.com - they tried to charge all buffet food (apart from breakfast) to us. I don’t know whether this was on purpose or just bad management, but it kinda added to the overall not too great experience. Once they adapted then the bill, they tried to charge the airport transfer - overall I felt quite uncomfortable during the check-out. To summarise: It was okay to stay there, the resort is nice. The service did not really live up to the promise. You should be aware that it is quite a large resort.

โรงแรมที่ดีเยี่ยมเหมาะมากสำหรับวันหยุดพักผ่อนของครอบครัวโรงแรมมีทางลงสู่ชายหาดโดยตรงซึ่งคุณสามารถพักผ่อนบนชายหาดได้ทิวทัศน์สวยงามเมื่อรับประทานอาหารโรงแรมมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครันและบริการที่อบอุ่น พื้นมีขนาดใหญ่และแบ่งออกเป็นหลายพื้นที่ ห้องออกกำลังกายของโรงแรมก็มีอุปกรณ์ค่อนข้างครบครันซึ่งเหมาะมากสำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการออกกำลังกาย บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าเข้มข้นมากและเริ่มมื้อเช้าตอน 6 โมงเช้า คนที่ไปทะเลตอนเช้าก็สามารถทานอาหารเช้าได้เช่นกัน

Loved the warmth of the staff! The location is really good as it offers direct access to the beach with several recliners where you can lounge or sunbathe. The pools are also very big with a pool bar that has a happy hour! The spa also offers a very relaxing massage with a jacuzzi and sauna. Definitely a relaxing place to stay!

The hotel is very nice and the room is very big.One thing is they don’t have lotion,cleansing etc..I don’t know maybe I just used from other hotel or another country like Japan that they provide all the skin care and other stuff like headband,shower cap and many more.Anyway,the hotel is very near in Ayala Mall and other places,so it’s very convenient.So far the hotel is very good and the staff have a good service.

had a pleasant stay for 3 nights!! the staff are very friendly and accommodating towards our requests & queries. searched reviews about them before booking, it's true that they serve good food with an affordable price. as for the noise, we didn't encounter unbearable ones and still had a good night sleep for 3 nights. i definitely recommend this whether you are a couple, friends, or a family.

Very convenient for the airport across the road from the domestic terminal. Very old and in need of some tender loving care but very clean and the beds are comfortable The pool is fantastic 😊
