Second time here hehe, and it still feels just as special. Perfect escape from the busy city life. Everything about it is so calm, peaceful, and relaxing. The atmosphere really helps you slow down and just enjoy the moment. Nights can get quite dark around the resort, but honestly it adds to the whole serene vibe and wasn’t an issue for me at all. Overall, a lovely place to unwind and recharge. Would definitely come back again.

I would like to sincerely thank the Marriott Resort for the wonderful hospitality and kind treatment during my stay. I was truly impressed by the resort and by all the staff. I prefer not to mention any names because I’m afraid I might forget someone, but everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate the warm welcome and the beautiful arrangements prepared for our 10th wedding anniversary — it made our celebration very special. The rooms were beautiful and beyond description. God willing, this will not be my last visit. Thank you again for such a pleasant experience.

ทําเลที่ตั้งน่าทึ่งมาก.. ติดกับท่าเรือ ทุกอย่างดีหมดยกเว้นอาหาร อาหารเช้าต้องการอาหารหลากหลายหรืออาหารที่มีคุณภาพมากขึ้นเพื่อตอบสนองมาตรฐานของพวกเขาในฐานะโรงแรมห้าดาวและราคาที่คุณจ่ายสําหรับหนึ่งคืน พวกเขาเปลี่ยนอาหารทุกวัน แต่การเลือกนั้นเศร้าและรสชาติก็งั้นๆ จําเป็นต้องปรับปรุงอาหารของพวกเขาอย่างแน่นอน

Its a last minute booking and we didn't select for any package. The service is good where they wait for us during arrival and help us to carry our bags, serve light refreshments during check in and the staffs also friendly. The service that need to improve is no staff is available during not peak hours, the call is not answered and the request to change the rusted kettle is being ignored. The amenities are old and not well managed. The floor is dusted, the mirror frame in the toilet is broken, the balcony wood also broken and it can be dangerous if small kid left alone. The food is good and the price is reasonable. We pay for the dinner buffet and its quite satisfactory.

Это один из лучших отелей, где я была🤩 расположение- на малом Перхентианском острове, есть свой траснфер, отель ландшафтный (качаем ноги и попу). Система- все включено, есть несколько видов с экскурсиями и без. Экскурсии- несколько видов снорклинга, яхта на закате. Есть аренда сапа и каяка. Поплавать можно с пирса (пирс свой) или левее пляж на два отеля. Еда шикарная, заказ по меню (завтрак шведский стол). Меню преимущественно итальянское, а также малайская и индийская кухни. Есть основной ресторан и бар с полноценным меню около моря. Алкоголь- пиво, красное и белое австралийские вина. Территория супер зеленая, красивая, ухоженная. Есть инфинити бассейн неглубокий, но с шикарным видом. Номера удобные с выходом на террасу. Рецепш очень приветливые, помогут, подскажут. Сервис отличный.

Hotel best gilaaa!!, service veryyy the tiptop. Service kena dengan hotel 5star veryy friendly ye staff dia. Setiap petang akan dapat free drink and sedap ye smoothie dia. Breakfast palinggg onzz yee mcm mcm pilihan. Bilik overall okayy cuma takde tv. Plus staff akan kemas bilik and topap balik air botol if dh habis. Then, Area hotel banyak kedai makan waktu malam juga so u guys takkan boring. Mknn sedap2 cuma aga priceyyy sikit la. Jadi kene standbyyy wangg yg byk coz of dlm tu tkde atm.

Our time at Summerbay Resort was really pleasant. Very friendly staff and very good service. The deluxe pool view room was clean and had good amenities and a nice view of the pool. At no point did it feel like this trip was not worth it. The beach in front of the hotel is wel maintained with plenty of baby black tip reef sharks to see while snorkeling. The included breakfast was good, with good food and plenty of seating. For dinner though I would advise to go to Seaview cafe. The dinners and the quality of the food are amazing. Special shoutout to chef Chris for cooking delicious dinners 10/10! We're writing this review as European guest. Communicating in English was not a hassle at all.
