overall a great stay.. good location near to eateries, there was a super long ramadan bazaar right in front of the hotel during my stay which made the stay a little more exciting..

I enjoyed my stay overall, especially the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly and attentive, and all the necessary amenities were well provided for guests. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room interior as it did not reflect the Balinese vibe I was expecting. The design and overall atmosphere felt lacking, including the absence of the signature Bali-style aroma or fragrance that usually enhances the experience. Additionally, the hotel does not have a swimming pool, which was a downside for me. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but there is room for improvement in terms of ambiance and facilities.

Have a wonder stay in this hotel. The location is good and near to one of the famous seafood restaurants. The manager (Steven) is very friendly and helpful, We will for sure stay back this hotel for our next trip in Teluk Intan.

First time stay here , it’s great bed for good sleep, but to the top floor restaurants is disappointed. No one serve at counter and table non clean up even wait more than 5min , although we see the guys, finally we did ourselves…

ห้องพักและที่ตั้งดี ไม่สามารถรับชมช่องทีวีผ่านแอพได้ ก่อนมาถึง ได้รับข้อมูลในการรับบัตรเข้าที่พักผ่านทาง WhatsApp ล่วงหน้า แจ้งด้วยว่าจะไปถึงตอนกลางคืน ประมาณ 22.00 น. อย่างไรก็ตาม เมื่อมาถึง พบว่ามีการให้รหัสผ่านล็อกกล่องจดหมายผิด ทำให้ไม่สามารถรับคำตอบจากฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการโทรและข้อความผ่าน WhatsApp ได้ทันที ต้องหาหมายเลขอื่นที่ติดต่อได้เพื่อติดต่อคนอื่นๆ จาก IWH เพื่อขอความช่วยเหลือ หลังจากพยายามรับบัตรเข้าที่พัก (ที่จอดรถและอพาร์ตเมนต์) นานกว่า 30 นาที ก็ไม่พบหมายเลขที่จอดรถที่กำหนดให้กับยูนิตบนชั้นที่จอดรถที่แจ้งไว้ พบว่าฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าแจ้งชั้นที่จอดรถผิด และจริงๆ แล้วอยู่ต่ำกว่าชั้นนั้น 1 ชั้น หวังว่าการสนับสนุนจะดีขึ้นเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงสถานการณ์ที่คล้ายคลึงกันนี้อีก

I recently stayed at The Banjaran Hot Springs and had a very relaxing experience. The environment is peaceful and surrounded by nature, which makes it a great place to unwind. The villa was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the private hot spring and pool, which felt very exclusive and calming. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The food was decent, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was quiet and luxurious. It’s a good place for a short getaway to relax and recharge. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Overall, had a good experience during the stay especially with the friendly and attentive staffs on their service provided. The hotel is at the prime location, just a short distance from the scenic Taiping Lake Garden and surrounded by numerous dining options, was highly appreciated for its convenience and accessibility. The room is clean and comfortable, especially the serene pool and beautifully landscaped garden area, which offered a peaceful retreat from the bustle of daily life.
