An experience that exceeded expectations! If you're looking for a safe, worry-free, great-value seaside staycation just steps from the beach, I would recommend this place to everyone. 1. Service: Absolutely Fantastic I have to say the service at this hotel is truly impressive. All the staff are well-trained, almost everyone greets you with a warm, friendly smile and frequently asks if you need any help. You never feel neglected here. Any request you make is promptly attended to. In the restaurant, table-clearing is extremely efficient, and our table was always kept spotless. I was amazed by the quality and efficiency of their service — this is the best service I’ve experienced at an all-inclusive hotel in this price range. 2. Room: Clean and Comfortable The room is well-equipped, with air conditioning, a hairdryer, toiletries, a fridge (with complimentary soft drinks), and a safe. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard, offering a lovely view. The mattress was very comfortable, and daily housekeeping was thorough and spotless. The only minor flaw was that the bath towels were a little worn, though they were clean. 3. Hotel Facilities: Great, with Plenty of Pools The hotel sits on an elevated platform with sweeping views overlooking the beach. There’s direct access to the beach, guarded by security staff, which made us feel very safe. There are so many pools! Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas are available, and the poolside bar serves drinks and cocktails. Activities like water polo are organized daily — something that will make water lovers very happy. 4. Dining: Very Rich Selection, Mostly Western Cuisine The hotel has three restaurants — an international restaurant, an Italian restaurant, and Azha, a Moroccan speciality restaurant. The bakery bar is almost open 24 hours, so even if you're jet-lagged and wake up at 11 pm, you won’t go hungry. Food preferences are, of course, personal. For us, although there weren’t many dishes tailored to an Asian palate, we were still able to find things we really enjoyed. A special highlight — we were lucky to book the Moroccan restaurant with help from the staff. There was live oud music, very distinctive starters (Moroccan soup, appetizers), a main course (tagine), desserts, and an amazing flaming coffee (which was seriously cool). The staff introduced each dish in detail, and we had a wonderful dining experience. The only small drawback was that the portions were a bit too generous for two Asian women; we felt sorry we had to leave some food behind because we were simply too full. 5. Activities: A Few Options, Though More Could Be Added The hotel’s activities mainly revolve around daytime pool parties and evening shows at the sports club. The dancers in the evening show were incredibly engaging, and they invited guests to dance at the end — my mum and I really loved the atmosphere. Unfortunately, due to limited time, I couldn’t try out more activities, which was a bit of a shame. Overall, this was an incredibly relaxing staycation, perfect for travellers who value safety, comfort, and great value. Once again, heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff — your warm smiles and friendliness made my mum and I feel so at home during our four wonderful days here. We truly felt the warmth and comfort of home.

Нормально. Очень интересный интерьер, но очень темно. Жили на втором этаже, ничегошеньки не видно в номере. Всегда полумрак. А так, в целом, все понравилрсь. Сервис на хорошем уровне. Все вежливые, помогабт с любыми вопросами. Еще по близости нет магазинов, где можно было бы купить фрукты. Но это на побережье в целом.

Ist class service. Latifah at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and professional. El mahdi the concierge guy was amazing, very friendly and helped us with necessary information. The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites. Everything is new and just beautiful. Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice. WiFi was good without issues. The food was really tasty and had good varieties. Overall, i highly recommend as palais des roses gave me a very good experience. Staff are really amazing and friendly.

Very happy and pleasantly surprised. Having stayed many times at a comparable hotel (50 yards away) I was quietly confident with my stay (despite reviews) but the reality of my stay was better than expected. There'll be reviews giving it lower rating but let's be realistic. For the money, location, pool, sun terrace and service you can't do better! Unfortunately for me a private matter meant I had to check out early but I will definitely return. Cleaning was exceptional, room comfort very good and WiFi better than other hotels. Pool area was quiet, location means you pick up street noise but being higher than street level I hardly noticed it. Sunset views need to be seen

Дорогие друзья! Никогда не ориентируйтесь на отзывы гостей об отеле..Я начиталась,и когда приехала сюда все выискивала то о чем писали. И не нашла ничего кроме может быть качества полотенец. Отель для своих 3 * просто супер.. Большая территория,много бассейнов..питание с множеством видов мяса,рыбы,овощей и фруктов.. Имеет свой пляж с лежаками. Всегда есть места.. Анимационная команда просто супер..развлекает целый день и вечером дискотека и представление в амфитеатре.. 2 раза приезжали коллективы нац музыки.. В 15 часов все дружно поют гимн Агадиру. Очень красивый. Территория у отеля оч красивая. Много баров. Правда с алкоголем крепким слегка ограничивают. Разные коктейли делают. В общем бронируйте отель не пожалеете. Location is good, fast check in, friendly staff, the tv doesn’t work , no channels to view, sink blocked, when reported to reception nothing happened, no hot water in the shower, hair dryer next to sink so gets sprayed by sink tap making it potentially dangerous, reported all to reception and was told that my comments will be passed to higher management to rectify. The issues are basic and should have been addressed prior to letting the room.

(revoir la corbeille de fruits d accueil, fruits a peine mûr. macaron très bien). buffet pet dej. très moyen malgré un large choix. hotel cher pour la prestation. le village de taghazout accessible facilement à pied. un coin de paradis. je n ai pas compris pourquoi faire payer l entrée/sortie du parking de l hôtel 15dhs. !
