โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการพักที่โอเค ฉันรู้สึกว่าต้องพยายามมากขึ้นในการทําความสะอาดพรม ต้องทําความสะอาดด้วยไอน้ํา ประตูฝักบัวกระจกมีหมอกหนา สวิตช์ไม่สะอาดมากสําหรับไฟสกปรก จําเป็นต้องทําความสะอาด แต่อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกที่ดี  อาหารรสชาติดี แต่บริการที่ร้านอาหารไม่ถึงเครื่องหมาย น้ําหายไปจากโต๊ะ ไม่มี ผ้าเช็ดปากรู้สึกว่าให้ความสนใจมากขึ้นกับชาวต่างชาติ ลูกค้าที่จ่ายเงินเป็นแขกที่ต้องการความสนใจเท่าเทียมกัน พนักงานร้านอาหารต้องการการฝึกอบรมในการต้อนรับมากขึ้น

Ours was a single night stay at hotel hong kong inn, the room was clean and it comes with basic toiletries like soap and shampoo. They provide 2 bottles of 500ml mineral water bottle as complimentary. The hotel is near the amritsar railway station and is reasonably close to the golden temple as well. The food here was good which we had ordered through room service. They have free wifi as well. The bed and room were clean as well. The hotel has a lift and the staff here was helpful and courteous. Overall a good value proposition.

Nice hotel! With clean rooms and good food and decent service. Always stay here primarily due to its locationwhen I visit Beas!

Stayed for 5 nights in the deluxe room. The room is well equipped and everything worked as it should.  The clean is cleaned daily.  At breakfast no egg dishes are available as pure veg only … there are options of  fresh fruit, parotha’s, yogurt, dall and rice, cereal and muesli, toast, Tea and juices.  Tried a couple of the in-room Italian menu veg and non-veg dishes (it was too hot to have it in their Italian  rooftop restaurant) and they were delicious.  There are also options of veg and non-veg Indian menu. All cooked fresh. So plenty of choice. There are shops/cinema/eateries within walking distance.  Overall it was a good stay.

I had a good stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. However, the amenities, especially the pool, were not properly cleaned. The food at the in-house restaurant was just average, though it offered a good range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The staff were not very courteous, and the reception staff seemed uninterested in welcoming guests. Overall, it was an average experience. I would recommend this hotel only to those who are mainly looking for clean and comfortable rooms without expecting great service or amenities.

We stayed here for 2 days and booked total 3 rooms. Overall experience was amazing. Rooms are big and beautiful. They were clean and well organised. Each and every staff member was humble and helpful. The pool experience was really good. Best thing for my boy. He was very happy. The view from our room was amazing. Even from roof top you will witness thee beauty of Amritsar. We had breakfast here and special appreciation for food/restaurant staff. They were a great host. Again it was a great experience. I totally enjoyed my stay here and would definitely love to come back

Front office not welcome only follow me and friend and requested us to do the hotel reviews service . I'm stay 2 night they not clean my rooms .food good restaurants good .

It was convenient for me as it was near the airport. The hotel was very clean & staff very helpful.
