プールビューのお部屋でしたが エントランスやレストランから見えるメインプールではなく 海岸に近い方のプールが見えるお部屋でした。海岸には近く クリフ下のビーチに行くのには便利でした。 コーヴァラムビーチにはオートリクシャーで15〜20分位です。朝食では Liveでドーサを焼いていて 美味しかったです。

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn yesterday. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and created a really comfortable atmosphere. A special mention to Sanika, who was extremely customer-friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Her professionalism and warm approach made the experience even better. I also appreciated the hotel’s excellent follow-up, ensuring that everything was going smoothly. Overall, a truly pleasant and satisfying stay – highly recommended!

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds.
Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place!
Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

A Wonderful Stay at Gateway Hotel Calicut. Comfortable, Scenic, and Family-Friendly We stayed at Gateway Hotel Calicut for two days as a group of 20 family members, including children, during a family get-together and convocation ceremony. We had booked six rooms on the 5th floor, all offering beautiful views of the sea and pool, which made our stay extra special.
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, supportive, and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met with warmth and efficiency. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, ideal for a large group like ours.
A highlight of our stay was the complimentary breakfast, which was outstanding—a wide and delicious spread of local and continental dishes that catered to both adults and kids alike.
Overall, we had a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Gateway Hotel Calicut provided the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and scenic beauty. We highly recommend it for families or groups visiting the city.

TTraveling TanI recently stayed at Time Square Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and convenience throughout my stay.
The room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, with a decent selection of items that catered to different tastes. While it wasn't the most extensive buffet I've encountered, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a solid start to the day.
However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The most persistent problem was the constant cold calls from the hotel's spa. Receiving these calls almost daily became quite bothersome. It's something the hotel management might want to reconsider or at least provide guests with the option to opt out of such communications.
Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident with one of the staff members who berated me for not informing them in advance that I would be missing the buffet breakfast on one occasion. This abruptness was surprising and not in line with the otherwise excellent service standard set by the rest of the team.
In summary, my stay at Time Square Hotel was delightful on many fronts, with commendable staff, lovely accommodations, and reasonable dining options. However, the spa's marketing tactics and the isolated incident with a staff member did mar the overall experience slightly. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure an even more pleasant and seamless experience for future guests

For those with heavy luggage, the hotel provides a seamless and complimentary 24/7 airport shuttle service, which is a significant advantage for late-night arrivals or early-morning departures.
The rooms are clean, well-appointed, and surprisingly quiet despite the proximity to the runway, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff are consistently professional, courteous, and efficient, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free.
The on-site restaurant serves a commendable variety of dishes, with a breakfast buffet that offers a good mix of local and continental options. The rooftop swimming pool is a delightful bonus, providing a relaxing space to unwind before or after a long flight.

ZZarinaAn unforgettable stay in a stunning location!
We had the most wonderful 3 night stay at this beautiful lake resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, so friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating.
The setting is absolutely breathtaking, and the whole atmosphere of the resort is peaceful and relaxing. A perfect place to unwind and relax.
The rooms were lovely, spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything we needed for a perfect break. The food was another highlight, every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. A special mention to Jeeva in the restaurant, who made our dining experience even more memorable with such attentive and warm service but all of the restaurant staff were excellent and made every meal a pleasure. Also Anju who so lovely and again very attentive but I have to say every single staff member was so pleasant, which made our stay exceptional.
Can’t recommend this gem of a place enough, we are already planning our next visit!

It was chaos trying to get a table as people were standing in the way eating. The lifts are also incredibly slow. Stopping on every floor. The rooftop pool is nice but has no view as the walls are too high.

ผผู้เข้าพักШикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках.
Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

ผผู้เข้าพักFirst day stay was really good, i extended for another day at hotel. There ac wasn’t functioning, i had to change room in the midnight. In the new room given was a twin room, with 2 separate beds which was uncomfortable. And there was leakage in the washroom.
