プールビューのお部屋でしたが　エントランスやレストランから見えるメインプールではなく　海岸に近い方のプールが見えるお部屋でした。海岸には近く　クリフ下のビーチに行くのには便利でした。　コーヴァラムビーチにはオートリクシャーで15〜20分位です。朝食では　Liveでドーサを焼いていて　美味しかったです。

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn yesterday. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and created a really comfortable atmosphere. A special mention to Sanika, who was extremely customer-friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Her professionalism and warm approach made the experience even better. I also appreciated the hotel’s excellent follow-up, ensuring that everything was going smoothly. Overall, a truly pleasant and satisfying stay – highly recommended!

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds. Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place! Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

Food and location are definitely the plus points of the hotel which made me return for a second time. Overall everything is up to the mark except for lack of smiles on front office staff. Maybe they are working under stress！

Located 2km form kovalom beach but can walk there Typical Indian standard 4 stars Hotel setting and if got group the pool congested and busy wedding function. Breakfast limited non vegetarian menu.

A Wonderful Stay at Gateway Hotel Calicut. Comfortable, Scenic, and Family-Friendly We stayed at Gateway Hotel Calicut for two days as a group of 20 family members, including children, during a family get-together and convocation ceremony. We had booked six rooms on the 5th floor, all offering beautiful views of the sea and pool, which made our stay extra special. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, supportive, and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met with warmth and efficiency. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, ideal for a large group like ours. A highlight of our stay was the complimentary breakfast, which was outstanding—a wide and delicious spread of local and continental dishes that catered to both adults and kids alike. Overall, we had a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Gateway Hotel Calicut provided the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and scenic beauty. We highly recommend it for families or groups visiting the city.

I have seen the property from outside..property is good. not so new but well maintained. location is good MG road near mall ,shops etc food is really good. I had complimentary break fast as well as dinner .. breakfast has too many items . if you take 1 item for taste , then you are done. I preferred only veg on friday. you have non veg items too...

It’s 10 mins walk to city centre and you can plenty of shops to eat. If you are pure vegetarian, go to many of the amazing and affordable Pure Veg restaurants nearby. Also, you can find plenty of monkeys within the resort which is nice because you can’t find any on the way. In general, it’s a decent hotel but I booked late, so, I had to pay a premium.

Всем рекомендую данный отель. Все очень чисто, очень вкусно, очень душевно. Весь персонал рад тебе и готов помочь. Мы были тут в гостях одни сутки после месяца пребывания в аюрведической клиники. Так что у нас был и завтрак и обед и ужин. Муж ходил в спортзал а я на массаж лица. Спортзалтне большой,но необходимый минимум имеется. Бассейн не глубокий,но чистый. Лежаков мало, но они все свободны) в ресторане все вкусно и с заботой о госте. Удивило отсутствие рыбы... в СПА хороший массаж и косметика просто отличная. Перед процедурой комплимент- хамам. Мне очень пониавился халат в кабинете СПА, я бы хотела купить такой. на следующий год приедем снова в Индию и остановимся тут уже на 2 ночи. Все отлично. Управляющий отелем большой молодец, отличная команда!
