ห้องนอนของโรงแรมนี้ดีมากและสะอาด แต่ห้องน้ําค่อนข้างเหนื่อยและสกปรก ส่วนที่เหลือของโรงแรมดีมากในแง่ของการเลือกอาหารเช้าและคุณภาพและการบริการของพนักงานก็ดีมาก

Wise location, comfortable bed, average room size. The room has nice view (upper floor) - sunset or sunrise. The hotel has a very nice view roof top restaurant.

This hotel soo comfort. I stay for 2 nights and they will topup wter bottle and neat your room next day. The linen so fragrant. Breakfast also so good. Variety of porridge. Staff also very polite. Very recommended👍

มันเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมกับ BASKO หากคุณไม่คุ้นเคยกับอาหารอินโดนีเซีย ฉันขอแนะนํา nasi goreng ในร้านอาหาร (สําหรับบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้า) และฉันต้องการนําน้ําส้มของโรงแรมนี้กลับบ้านด้วย มันเป็นน้ําผลไม้ที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยมี รูมเซอร์วิสให้บริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ห้องยังคงได้รับการยกเว้น แต่จุดที่น่าผิดหวังอย่างหนึ่งคือท่อระบายน้ําซึ่งระบายน้ําได้ไม่ดี😭

Nice service.. For I forgot that have to catch up early morning flight, but already booked breakfast for 2 pax.. Cannot return the money for the second day breakfast, only can take away the breakfast.. So we request for the breakfast, they served it with fruits, buns and rice and vegetables plus chicken (actually we request for it).. Thank you so much for fulfilled my request.. Going to stay again at rocky for next visit to padang.. Beside there also got supermarket, nice!

ทําเลดีและพนักงานต้อนรับช่วยเหลือดี น่าเสียดายที่ทางโรงแรมไม่เอาใจใส่เพียงพอเพื่ออํานวยความสะดวกความต้องการเตียงคู่สําหรับ 4 ห้องทั้งหมดที่จองไว้ประมาณหนึ่งเดือนก่อนเดินทางมาถึง 3 ใน 4 ห้องไม่มีฝักบัวน้ําอุ่นซึ่งทําให้เรารําคาญมาก ห้องที่ฉันพัก (#552) แชร์ระเบียงเดียวกันกับห้องถัดไป และน่าแปลกที่ประตูระเบียงไม่สามารถล็อคได้ เพลงดังมากจากบาร์บนชั้นดาดฟ้าก็น่ารําคาญเช่นกัน อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยประทับใจและพนักงานไม่ใส่ใจพอเติมแก้วน้ําผลไม้ จะเลือกโรงแรมอื่นทุกครั้งที่มาเที่ยวป่าตองในอนาคต

The breakfast was sooooooo good So many varieties of food you can choose All the staffs are very friendly and helpful

We stayed for 1 night at Balcone Hotel & Suites. Location was superb, cool air , breezy and the mountain view was stunning as I have book my room overlooking the Merapi & Singalang mountain. Our room was spacious & clean & quiet. Breakfast can be improved. The wash hand basin had a bit of problem as the water does not flow very well but we manage to open the sink trap to let the water out. Settle the problem. Overall happy ending. Highly recommend this hotel.
