The Hotel is super good .. Everything are amazing.. But we face a scamming that we opened our safe to arrange some documents and cash then the housekeeping team arrived to cleanup … So i let them enter the room for cleaning but I didn’t close the safe since we are in the room in that time. The safe located inside the closet the one you can walk in .. After they finished the cleaning We find 200 USD from our cash in the safe .. The cleaning team put the new laundry bag right on the top of the safe (in that time it was open) and now body noticed us that the safe is open …!!! I submitted a complaint to the front office of the hotel …!!! And i I described the cleaning staff to them exactly, and who was the person who entered the wardrobe containing the safe...!!! They said they would investigate the incident, and after two days they contacted me again saying they had questioned the cleaning staff, who denied taking anything from our safe...!!! And of course, we didn't find anything... which is obvious because no one would confess in this way without being pressured. And here's the question: why didn't the cleaning staff warn us that the safe was open when they went in to put the new laundry bag on top of it?

บริการดีมากค่ะ พนักงานต้อนรับ คุณแอน บัง จูเลียส อธิบายและให้บริการดีมากค่ะ รปภ. ก็ดีด้วย บังเอิญว่าได้อัพเกรดจากห้อง Superior เป็น Junior Sweet โดยไม่ต้องเสียเงินเพิ่ม ห้องและโรงแรมทั้งหลังสะอาดและหอมมากค่ะ ดีมากค่ะ คราวหน้าจะมาพักที่โรงแรมนี้อีกค่ะ

โรงแรมหาใน Waze และ Google Map ไม่เจอ จนกระทั่งเราถามใครสักคน พนักงานต้อนรับพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยคล่อง ไม่เข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษของเรา แถมยังพูดภาษาอินโดนีเซียได้ไม่คล่องอีกด้วย จองห้องพักผ่าน trip.com และสัญญาว่าจะมีเตียงคิงไซส์ แต่พนักงานบอกว่าห้องอีโคโนมีทุกห้องมีเตียงควีนไซส์ เราพบว่าข้อมูลการจองทำให้เข้าใจผิดและรู้สึกเหมือนโดนหลอก ในห้องน้ำไม่มีกระดาษชำระให้ เลยขอไปสองครั้ง สัญญาว่าจะให้ แต่ก็ไม่ได้ หมอนในห้องไม่เหมาะกับคนทั่วไป และคู่ของฉันต้องเอาหมอน ”แบบเทียม” ออกมากกว่าครึ่งเพื่อลดความสูง (ฉันสูงกว่า 5 ฟุต ส่วนเขาสูงกว่า 6 ฟุต)... ไม่งั้นคงใช้หมอนแบบนี้ไม่ได้แน่ๆ

พนักงานมีความเป็นมืออาชีพและเป็นมิตรมาก แม้ว่าพวกเขาจะยุ่งมากในช่วงสุดสัปดาห์ก็ตาม อาหารเช้ามีอาหารและเครื่องดื่มหลากหลายเพื่อรองรับความต้องการของทุกคน อาหารมีรสชาติดีตั้งแต่อาหารทั่วไปไปจนถึงอาหารท้องถิ่นแปลกใหม่ที่ปรุงสดใหม่ นอกจากนี้ยังมีซูชิ นาซิเลอมัก ลอนตง และอื่นๆ อีกมากมาย นอกจากนี้ยังมีจามูชงสดใหม่และกาแฟชงท้องถิ่นพร้อมกุลาอารนหลากหลายชนิดจากพื้นที่ต่างๆ โดยรวมแล้ว อาหารเช้าคุ้มค่ามาก เราจะมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนในการมาเยือนครั้งต่อไป

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Variety of food for brekfast. Location is quite central - Less than 10 mins walk to Delipark Mall and Tjong A Fie Mansion. Theres a bus station nearby too but we use grab most of the time. Pls note that pavements in Indonesia are generally not being maintained - so watch out for holes, metal rods, uneven surface etc. Highly recommended.

ฉันเคารพที่ชาวมุสลิมถือศีลอด แต่พนักงานอาหารและเครื่องดื่มก็ต้องปฏิบัติหน้าที่ต่อไป พื้นที่บุฟเฟ่ต์ต้องสะอาดและการบริการต้องคงเดิม หากอาหารหมด กรุณาตรวจสอบและเติมอาหารใหม่อีกครั้ง แม้ว่าจะยังเหลือเวลาปิดอีก 20 นาทีก็ตาม ฉันผิดหวังมาก แม้ว่าฉันจะมักจะพักที่ Cordela Medan ก็ตาม

Sebenarnya hotel ini masih 1 grup dg darma agung tp fasilitas nya berbeda. Smpai di hotel ini exited sm lingkungannya, area hotel luas kl 2 hr di sni puas lah explore hotel aja dan sekitarnya. Lokasi hotel ada danau yg bisa dibuat mandi krn tdak dalam. 7 menit dr hotel udh pelabuhan a****ta, ada kolam renang nya. View dr kamar lgsung menghadap danau, ikan2 di danau terlihat.. Jd seru utk anak2. Depan hotel psr tradisional bs explore cari2 baju khas danau toba. Km ambil kamar superior B menghadap danau hanya byr Rp. 359.000 ... Sangat worth it 👍, lbh lengkap boleh cek ig @nurainisribina

ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะอาดมาก ห้องน้ำมีอ่างอาบน้ำและฝักบัวแยกเป็นสัดส่วน หรูหรามาก อาหารเช้าดีเยี่ยมเกินคาด ฉันชอบอาหารที่นี่มาก เพราะมีให้เลือกหลากหลาย และอาหารเช้ายังเสิร์ฟที่ชั้นบนสุด ซึ่งสามารถชมวิวเมืองเมดันโดยรอบได้อย่างสวยงาม น่าทึ่งมาก! ถ้ามีโอกาสมาเที่ยวเมดันอีก ฉันจะกลับมาพักที่โรงแรมนี้แน่นอน!

The most expensive Bin Tang yet! 130,000 nearly as much as my homeland but not quite 😬 comfy enough can use a pool 3km away hmmm
