Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Variety of food for brekfast. Location is quite central - Less than 10 mins walk to Delipark Mall and Tjong A Fie Mansion. Theres a bus station nearby too but we use grab most of the time. Pls note that pavements in Indonesia are generally not being maintained - so watch out for holes, metal rods, uneven surface etc. Highly recommended.

The jacuzzi, steam room and pool are a little worn down but the gym is huge and the spa is nice. The room itself was really comfortable and well-kept. Also, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from DeliPark Mall Medan, which is a huge mall. All in all, I would stay here again if I visit Medan again in the future.

The location is very convenient. The room is very spacious. The spa and gym facility is great! The only thing that can be better is the breakfast. The food is a bit cold. Don't understand why they open the covers that cover the food all the time. The food that supposed to be served hot, like tomatoes, potatoes, sausages are cold!

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใจกลางแหล่งท่องเที่ยวสำคัญ แต่ค่อนข้างทรุดโทรมและทางโรงแรมไม่ได้ดูแลรักษาความสะอาดเลย นอกจากผ้าเช็ดตัวเหม็นแล้ว เฟอร์นิเจอร์ก็เก่า ห้องน้ำมีคราบ ผ้าปูที่นอนขาด ช่องทีวีก็ดูไม่ชัด แถมโรงแรมก็ไม่มีลิฟต์ด้วย สงสัยว่าทำไมทางโรงแรมไม่เปลี่ยนอะไรพวกนี้เลย ข้อดีอย่างเดียวของโรงแรมคือบุฟเฟต์ มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย พนักงานส่วนใหญ่เป็นมิตรและให้ความช่วยเหลือดี ไม่ค่ะ ฉันจะไม่พักที่โรงแรมนี้อีกหลังจากนี้ ขอบคุณค่ะ
