พนักงานเป็นมิตรและให้ความช่วยเหลือดี ห้องพักสะอาดและกว้างขวาง มีอาหารให้เลือกหลากหลายสำหรับอาหารเช้า ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างอยู่ใจกลางเมือง เดินเพียงไม่ถึง 10 นาทีก็ถึงห้างสรรพสินค้าเดลิปาร์คและคฤหาสน์จงอาฟี มีสถานีรถบัสอยู่ใกล้ๆ ด้วย แต่เราใช้บริการ Grab เป็นส่วนใหญ่ โปรดทราบว่าทางเท้าในอินโดนีเซียโดยทั่วไปไม่ได้มีการบำรุงรักษา ดังนั้นควรระวังหลุม แท่งโลหะ พื้นผิวที่ไม่เรียบ ฯลฯ แนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง

We are happy!!!!! The staff so kind and soft spoken.. we love the view… Masha Allah.. so beautifull.. event we stay at standard room, we also can get the beatiful view of Danau Toba.. the breakfast was delicious.. this is the first time im going to Indonesia and i can eat all the food.. excellent.. i also like the tour package for free…keep it up..next time if i going to danau toba again, i will stay at waterfall inside Taman Simalem Resort..in Shaa Allah

I recently stayed at Grand Sakura Hotel Medan and had a very enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and friendly attitude. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, which was appreciated after a long journey. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to rest after a busy day exploring Medan. I especially liked how well the room was maintained and the comfortable bed, which helped me get a good night's sleep every night. One thing that stood out during my stay was the hospitality of the hotel team. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were always helpful and polite. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with a good selection of local and international dishes to start the day. The hotel's location was convenient for getting around the city, and overall it offered excellent value for the price. While no hotel is perfect, the combination of friendly service, cleanliness, and comfort made my stay memorable. Thank you to everyone at Grand Sakura Hotel Medan for making my visit enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Medan.

Hotel is well appointed and located. Service is acceptable but we had to wait more than half an hour to check in. On top of that, we were not given the 5 twin rooms we booked and confirmed. We had to settle for 1 kingsize bedded room which was not what we asked for but I had to take the room. This is not expected of a 5 star Marriot hotel. We had made our booking through Trip.com nearly 2 months before our travel date so there is no reason why we could not get our 5 twin rooms when it was confirmed by the hotel. I was very upset but could not wait any longer to check in as we were all very tired. The Receptionist said the hotel was very full but not to be impolite, that is not the customer's problem. Your organisation needs to pull up their socks on delivering what was confirmed without making excuses . To make things worse, when we asked for extension of check out to 2pm, we were flatly refused. They did not even offer to extend 1 or 2 rooms to 2pm although we were a group of 5 rooms that stayed 3 nights in your hotel. We all checked out by 11.30am. I wish I could have had nice things to say about the hospitality and thoughtfulness of the hotel policy but sorry, apart from smiling staff, tgere is nothing more complimentary I can say.

ห้องพักสวย ห้องน้ำสะอาด ให้ไปเลย 10/10 เลย ห้องสูบบุหรี่อยู่บนพื้น 6 ห้องไม่สูบบุหรี่ 3. สำหรับอาหารเช้า B. ไม่มีอะไรพิเศษจริงๆ จริงๆ แล้วสินค้าหลายรายการหมดสต๊อกแล้ว เหมือนขนมปังสำหรับอบ

It's our 3rd stays in 2026 😀😀. Every staff in the hotel is excellent. This time we choosed to stay at Rm 1615, unfortunately it was too warm weather on the day and air conditioning couldn't make it to level as we need, so we asked to replace another room for the next 2 nights, then all were very good as usual. Breakfast was still very good and with variety of choice. Of course, I just ate what I choose. No more taking a lot of images, all images were already in my past review😀😀

A place that has passed its prime...A decent place for the price paid. No complaints about that.. Great superb location to everywhere.. between 2 hospitals ...and walkaway from malls.. still recommend to take a trike or grab a car . About the hotel... Receptionists were friendly and attentive 2 last elevator to reach floor Rooms are super spacious a king and a twin Have 2 toilets... So no need to scream and shout for a spot But sad thing... Place is poorly maintained Pillows past their shelf life. Toilet floor are slimy... It's a dry toilet I know but cleaning it with water and the smell.. uhh don't get me to start.. sewer smell plus pee smell.. uhhh not a fan.. have to buy moth ball and fresher to make it smell good House keeping... Shall not say much.. not the best. Don't know if they sweep or mop the floors .. So if location is a thing.. a good place to stay if u are not fussy. A decent place that's pasted it's prime

โรงแรมหาใน Waze และ Google Map ไม่เจอ จนกระทั่งเราถามใครสักคน พนักงานต้อนรับพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยคล่อง ไม่เข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษของเรา แถมยังพูดภาษาอินโดนีเซียได้ไม่คล่องอีกด้วย จองห้องพักผ่าน trip.com และสัญญาว่าจะมีเตียงคิงไซส์ แต่พนักงานบอกว่าห้องอีโคโนมีทุกห้องมีเตียงควีนไซส์ เราพบว่าข้อมูลการจองทำให้เข้าใจผิดและรู้สึกเหมือนโดนหลอก ในห้องน้ำไม่มีกระดาษชำระให้ เลยขอไปสองครั้ง สัญญาว่าจะให้ แต่ก็ไม่ได้ หมอนในห้องไม่เหมาะกับคนทั่วไป และคู่ของฉันต้องเอาหมอน ”แบบเทียม” ออกมากกว่าครึ่งเพื่อลดความสูง (ฉันสูงกว่า 5 ฟุต ส่วนเขาสูงกว่า 6 ฟุต)... ไม่งั้นคงใช้หมอนแบบนี้ไม่ได้แน่ๆ

Book a family suite it comes with 2 rooms with a bathroom in each. However the cleanliness is not like what I'm expecting, it was quite dusty. The amenities weren't complete. Normally a hotel/cottage will provide an iron, but this cottage didn't. We have to call and keep asking from the receptionist yet they didn't send it till the next morning. As for the surrounding from outside the cottage looks very nice especially the morning weather, it was cold and it had a nice view around the cottage. You can take as many photos as you want around it before you leave.
