พนักงานเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ห้องพักสะอาดมาก ใหญ่ และต้อนรับ เตียงสบายมาก แต่ฝักบัวอาบน้ําแย่มากแรงดันต่ําและอุณหภูมิที่เปลี่ยนแปลงตลอดเวลาซึ่งอาจกลายเป็นเครื่องลายร้อนโดยไม่ต้องเตือน นี่เป็นข้อเสียเพียงอย่างเดียวเพราะทําเลที่ตั้งพนักงาน ฯลฯ ดีมากฉันจะกลับมาแนะนํา

It was a lovely stop over on the way to the highlands and was dog friendly which was excellent, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, it was in a beautiful location , highly recommended

Overall our stay here was fantastic! The apartment size was huge with a balcony and came with an individual sauna, which we have enjoyed very much. The hotel landscape was spectacular and it’s located right opposite of loch Ard, the view was breathtaking. As part of our stay we had complimentary access to the gym/spa facilities, which again we enjoyed a lot. The only downside is the cleanliness of the apartment, some of our pillows had stains on them, one of the bedroom had a very strong mouldy odor, and the furniture is generally quite old - that being said, many of the previous reviews had commented on this already so we were mentally prepared before booking and there were no other nasty surprises.
