A lovely traditional country house hotel. The public rooms were just what you expected, old world charm, the food excellent but the best asset  was the friendly and helpful staff. Unable to comment on bedrooms as we were in an accessible room which wasn’t great, good parking though. Needs attention to basic customer requirements, overall a great few days

Room old and outdated - hotel needs refurbished in older areas - new spirts bar disappointing expensive and not that clean - nenus dirty with fingerprints and sticky - considering brand new they beed higher standards tho mains in Fusion were good but prawn crackers at £5.95 were awful

Fantastic 3 days in this hotel. Everyone was helpful and we had great night sleep.

Absolutely wonderful. Id stayed at Durham Royal County before with my girlfriend. However she didn't come with ne this time due to reasons that she had. The staff at the hotel were lovely about it and made me feel better about tge situation and a lovely note and complementary drinks for me to come back to in my room. All I can say is thankyou and I'll look forward to staying with you again soon. Thanks Matthew

Attended a birthday celebration. Staff went above and beyond. In addition, it is a lovely venue in beautiful location and surroundings. 30 minute walk into a lively town or a 5 minute car trip. Would highly recommend it for a romantic getaway or meet up with family/friends. Staff were amazing.

ทําเลที่ตั้งสมบูรณ์แบบสําหรับความต้องการของเรา ใกล้กับ Yarm ที่สวยงาม! สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกดีและการแช่ในสระว่ายน้ําก็สมบูรณ์แบบหลังจากวันที่อากาศร้อน! ความสะอาดโดยรวมดี แค่ต้องสัมผัสที่นี่และที่นั่น กระเบื้องหายไปในพื้นที่สปา ห้องน้ําของเราดูเหนื่อย ผิดหวังที่ไม่มีค่าชดเชยสําหรับเครื่องคีย์การ์ดที่ชํารุดเราพบว่าสิ่งนี้ไม่ฉลาดเพราะมันรู้สึกว่า พี่ใหญ่ ถูกติดตามในทุกขั้นตอนของเรา เครื่องดื่มตอนอาหารเย็น อาหารเช้าฟรี หรืออาหารบาร์จะเป็นท่าทางที่ดี!

Gorgeous hotel in a good location for exploring the surrounding area. Delicious cooked to order breakfast and the restaurant for dinner was superb. Room was comfy and warm would happily stay again
