มาพักที่โรงแรมนี้เป็นครั้งที่สาม แต่ประสบการณ์เริ่มแย่ลงเรื่อยๆ ครั้งแรกของทั้งหมดไม่มีรองเท้าแตะและแปรงสีฟันและยาสีฟันในห้อง อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกไม่เยอะและจานไม่สะอาดมาก ที่สําคัญคือห้องไม่เก็บเสียง ห้องน้ํามักจะมีเสียงน้ําไหลเอื่อย ในคืนสุดท้ายมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตหรือประตูร้านชั้นล่างรถบรรทุกขนาดใหญ่ไม่รู้ว่าจะขนอะไรขึ้น เริ่มประมาณ 1 โมงเช้า รถบรรทุกก็ดังขึ้น ใช้เวลามากกว่าสองชั่วโมงกว่าจะหยุด พนักงานยกกระเป๋ายังคงพูดคุยเสียงดังและเปิดเสียง ข้อดีอย่างเดียวคือห้องใหญ่พอ ครั้งต่อไปที่ฉันมาที่วาเลนเซีย ฉันจะไม่พักที่โรงแรมนี้อีก

Очень довольны этим отелем. Расположение просто волшебное, близко и к старому городу, и в то же время первая линия пляжа. Номера большие, есть все необходимое. Кровать кингсайз по факту как будто 2 односпальные (не единым полотном). Напор воды супер, шикарный душ. Завтраки невероятные, я не знаю кто пишет негативные отзывы, это возмутительно. Огромный выбор еды, включая испанские специалитеты как хамон, тортилья, чуррос, пан кон томате. Подают игристое (очень вкусное!). В общем нам так понравилось, что продлевали еще на сутки. С бесплатной парковкой есть сложности, один раз повезло встали прямо у отеля, в другие разы находили местечко в 10 мин пешком (огромная парковка).

We had our bag stolen on the last night. The police were very unhelpful. We were left with no phones or money or bank cards. The hotel staff helped us contact relatives at home so we could have our flight details home sent to us. Also relatives paid the hotel directly and they arranged lunch, taxi to the airport and assistance with the police forms. Could not have been more grateful. Our 10 night stay had been wonderful up to this point, and the staff made sure that we were ok and did not worry. Would definitely recommend this hotel for location and cleanliness and staff attitude.

Genial calidad precio

We had a lovely 4 night break at the hotel Neptuno. The room was comfortable and clean with complimentary tea and coffee and it had a fridge with complimentary water, fanta lemon and coke. The breakfast had a good selection of fresh fruit, meats, hot food, cakes etc. We enjoyed the omelettes and pancakes which were made to order. We went to the spa one evening which was very relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. Staff very friendly and helpful.

โรงแรมสวยมีสระว่ายน้ํา ใกล้ชายหาดและ boulevard แต่ผมไม่ชอบบริเวณชายหาดเพราะที่นี่ไม่ค่อยมีอะไรน่าสนใจเมื่อเทียบกับ f.e. *****cola

1 nacht verbleven. Het hotel heeft gunstige ligging. Ontvangst was vriendelijk. Hey hotel heeft netjes ingerichte kamers. Er zou een dsco zijn maar deze was gesloten tijdens ons verblijf. Mooi uitzicht.

Nice enough hotel. Lovely golf course attached. Great weather year round. About a 20 euro taxi ride away from the city center

Good location, good spa and friendly staff! Not a lot to do in the neighbourhood but perfect if you need to go to the airport

當初是看到了大廳的環境選擇的，確實，大廳非常大氣。就是，因為年代的關係，房間佈局和房間設施又回到了久遠的時候。起碼床品很不喜歡，化纖的硬感導致睡起來很不舒服。 酒店位置不錯，距離市中心和海邊都是十幾分鍾車程。
