Everything was great. The location is very convenient, the interior is beautiful, the bathrooms are stylish, and it's very clean. The small issue we had was resolved very quickly. The staff's attitude was incredible, thank you! I think it's hard to find a better option. We will definitely come back!

The best hotel I ever stayed in! So pleasant & inviting. The staff were really nice & helpful and not interested in tips. The large heated outdoor pool was a real treat after a long day of travelling. The room was spacious & clean, the bed comfortable. The food was delicious. And all in walking distance from the airport :)

ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างหายาก เพราะอยู่ในบริเวณวิลล่าในย่านนิวไคโร การตกแต่งภายในสวยงาม ห้องพักสะอาดเรียบร้อยมาก

It is a beautiful hotel; staff were great give us upgrade ; pool was perfectly heated; Rotating restaurant has amazing views of the Nile. Pitty the wife was very bad.

酒店整體是非常不錯的，房間乾淨，冷熱空調可選，窗外能看到一些尼羅河景色，負一樓有ATM可以取錢，早餐有新鮮煎蛋，品種豐富。酒店地理位置也不錯，打車去哪裡都近。但是位於老城區，樓下附近有一點臟亂差（出門即打車的話不影響）。

Location was okay easy to get to to the main city centre via Uber. There are nice shops around the local area five minute walking distance you’ll find Indian you’ll find takeaway burger shops pizza shops and a small supermarket. Hotel, not the top five star quality a bit old-fashioned but standard okay 

Lovely smart hotel. Several restaurants. Massage and gym. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel nice sbd roomy. Rooms spacious. Would stay there again but if you want to be in the town centre with many shops you need to stay closer to city centre as this, was, about 30 minutes from airport. It didn't matter because everything is a short cheap taxi fare away. Also it's next to a military camp where you can see and hear the soldiers marching from your balcony. If the bugle noise bothers, you at 6am then maybe not for you. Also, but not related to the hotel you'll be woken up at 4am by the, wailing from the mosques but you can't really get away from that can you. The hotel I understand is, owned by the military and so you'll often see soldiers stay there. They weren't any trouble. In fact it made you feel safe.

ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมาก อาหารเช้าดี ห้องพักก็น่าอยู่ อย่างไรก็ตาม ยังมีปัญหาอยู่บ้าง ห้องพักไม่มีหน้าต่างที่เปิดได้ มีกลิ่นน้ำยาปรับอากาศแรงๆ ตลอดเวลาซึ่งระบายออกไม่ได้ บริการโดยรวมถือว่าดี แต่มีสาวๆ ในโรงอาหารบางคนกดดันให้รีวิวหลังจากบริการได้ระดับปานกลาง ในขณะที่บางคนก็ทำงานอย่างหนักเงียบๆ พวกเรา 4 คนพยายามเล่นไพ่ในบริเวณโล่งๆ ริมสระว่ายน้ำ เพราะห้องเต็มไปด้วยกลิ่นน้ำยาปรับอากาศ แต่โชคร้ายที่เราต้องออกไปเล่นในห้องของตัวเอง มันทำให้ประสบการณ์ของเราแย่ลงเล็กน้อยหลังจากที่ได้พักอย่างมีความสุข
