Hotel sehr toll. Restaurant sehr gut, Essen sowie Personal, Michelin auf jeden Fall verdient. SPA Bereich gut. Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber, Flecken auf dem Boden und am Bett, Aufhängemöglichkeit war lose an der Wand und schräg, unter dem Badezimmerspülbecken dreckig - bei Abreise gemeldet und sie sind uns preislich entgegengekommen,super. Waren Dankbar für Meldung. Zimmerinventar sehr schön. Bett bequem, Decken und Kissen gut. Frühstücksraum tiptop, angenehme Auswahl an Essen und Getränken. Personal sehr freundlich! Kleines Manko des 5 Sterne Hotels: ich hätte Brenesseltee gebraucht, bei Nachfrage an Rezeption wollte sich niemand darum kümmern oder die Besorgung anbieten. Mir wurden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfohlen zum selbst besorgen. Kundenwünsche könnten an der Rezeption verbessert werden.

The highlight of our stay at Bad Hotel Überlingen was definitely the spa area. It felt very new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The sauna resting area, in particular, stood out—it connects directly to a garden, and from there you have a beautiful view over Lake Constance. Stepping outside for fresh air between sauna sessions, with that view in front of you, was genuinely relaxing. The gym, on the other hand, felt a bit disappointing. It’s quite small, and strangely, there were no weights available. It seemed like all the equipment was locked away in a physio or personal training room, which made the space feel incomplete for anyone wanting a proper workout. Breakfast was a much more positive experience. The selection was excellent, easily better than what I’ve come across in most German hotels. Everything was well presented, and the refilling was always timely, so nothing ever felt empty or neglected. That said, the service was a little inconsistent. One staff member—a dark hair runner in the restaurant—handled a small issue with a pepper grinder poorly, initially dismissing the concern instead of checking it. Thankfully, another server stepped in quickly and resolved the situation before it escalated further. Parking is available either at the hotel or at the car park across the street, both at €17 per day, which is straightforward but something to factor in. What really ties everything together is the location. The surroundings are beautiful—the lakefront promenade is just there, perfect for a walk, and there’s a nearby park with a charming tower that adds to the scenery. The Bodensee-Therme Überlingen is also just around the corner, making it easy to extend that spa-like feeling beyond the hotel itself. In the end, Bad Hotel Überlingen is a place where the setting and spa experience really shine, even if a few details—like the gym setup and some service moments—don’t quite match the overall potential. This is one of the very few hotel I would love to stay over again.

非常完美的酒店，寬敞明亮，設計感超強，裡外兩間，外間的梳化床也非常舒適、質量很好。窗外是街道風景，教堂鐘樓的聲音隨風飄盪，凈化心神的空靈感油然而生……是我和孩子們非常喜歡的風格～房間的食品酒水非常豐富，而且都含在費用裏。服務費可以刷卡、現金，也很靈活。衞生間水盆的堵頭壞了，電話客服，開門一看，前台帥氣小夥過來維修，二話不説脱掉西裝，麻利修好，這一人多用也不限於國內，孩子説可能因為等維修工到了，不知猴年馬月了～～～

เมื่อเข้ามาในโรงแรมกลิ่นหอมมาก สภาพแวดล้อมก็ดีมาก😍 ห้อง…. สะอาดมากและพนักงานทุกคนเป็นกันเอง แต่สิ่งที่ฉันขาดหายไปในห้องคือแตรรองเท้า😅 แต่อย่างที่ฉันบอกไปทุกอย่างดีมาก🤗😢

Breakfast: Amazing food, view from breakfast was the highlight Room: Stayed for several nights, had sparkling water free bottle for first day, but water was not provided for the remaining days. I ended up boiling water with the coffee machine and had water with coffee taste for those days, because there were no kettles. If you like coffee, this would perfect though. Overall, would still highly recommend the hotel despite the ”coffee water”. Noise: Very quiet and peaceful. I noted some comments said it was loud, but I couldn't hear any train sound. Great for business trip.

โรงแรมอยู่ติดกับสวนสัตว์และสถานีรถไฟและทําเลที่ตั้งสะดวกมาก โรงแรมที่มีความรู้สึกเก่ามาก ห้องพักมีเครื่องทําความร้อนและสะดวกสบายมากในฤดูหนาว เนื่องจากชั้นวางค่อนข้างสูง ห้องจึงดูกว้างขวาง เมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมยุโรปหลายแห่ง ขนาดห้องค่อนข้างใหญ่ โรงแรมมีที่จอดรถ 18 ยูโรต่อคืน ซึ่งสะดวกกว่าสําหรับการขับรถด้วยตนเอง

แม้ว่าโรงแรมจะสะอาดและสะดวกสบายโดยรวม แต่หลายสิ่งหลายอย่างในการเข้าพักกลับน่าผิดหวัง โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเมื่อพิจารณาจากราคาห้องพักต่อคืน ปัญหาสำคัญประการหนึ่งคือค่าจอดรถที่ต้องจ่ายเพิ่ม 22 ยูโรต่อวัน โรงแรมหลายแห่งที่เทียบเคียงกันมีที่จอดรถฟรีให้บริการตามปกติ จึงรู้สึกว่าไม่จำเป็น อีกหนึ่งความไม่สะดวกคือไม่มีน้ำดื่มบรรจุขวดให้เติมทุกวันในห้องพัก นี่เป็นสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพื้นฐานเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ที่โรงแรมหลายแห่งมีให้ และก็ไม่มีให้เห็นชัดเจน นอกจากนี้ ห้องพักยังให้ความรู้สึกค่อนข้างเก่าและต้องการการปรับปรุงเล็กน้อย ซึ่งไม่ได้มาตรฐานตามที่คาดหวังไว้เมื่อเทียบกับราคา ข้อดีคือโรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่สะดวก ใกล้กับซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต Rewe เพียง 2-3 นาที ทำให้สามารถหยิบของใช้จำเป็นต่างๆ ได้ง่าย โดยรวมแล้ว ค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมเหล่านี้ สภาพห้องพัก และรายละเอียดเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ที่ถูกมองข้าม ทำให้การเข้าพักดูไม่เป็นมิตรต่อผู้เข้าพักและไม่คุ้มค่ากับราคา

Hotel is nice, good location and staff friendly and helpful. However that's when you see the staff whichis usuallyin themorning. I checked in online as requested, was informed that I will get a code for door and room. I thought it is to make thecheck in process more efficient. I came in the afternoon and couldn't get inside the building, which need the code to get in. Finally some other guests came and I got in the building, and the hotel doesn't have reception to check you in. There is only a German phone number, which I don't want to call as it is an international call for me. There is email which I could send, but nobody answered. I don't know what to do to check in. Finally I found the code in email from hotel in my spam folder and managed to find my room. It's not clear that without the code nothing you can do. I think as a hotel some human intervention maybe needed

เป็นโรงแรมใหม่ที่สวยงามพร้อมห้องพักขนาดใหญ่และทำเลดี ใช้เวลาขับรถประมาณ 15-20 นาทีจากพิพิธภัณฑ์เมอร์เซเดส - เบนซ์ ที่จอดรถชั้นล่างเป็นที่สาธารณะ แต่คำแนะนำของโรงแรมไม่ชัดเจน ไม่พบในห้องครับ ส่วนช่องลม ผมเจอตัวควบคุมในห้องน้ำที่ดูเหมือนเป็นแอร์แต่แทบไม่มีผลเลยทำให้ห้องอับนิดหน่อยต้องเปิดหน้าต่างเพื่อแก้ไข ปัญหา. คุณสามารถเดินไปรีวและร้านขายยาในบริเวณใกล้เคียงได้ โดยใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 7 นาที ซึ่งสะดวกต่อการช็อปปิ้ง ห้องซาวน่าและสระว่ายน้ำบนชั้น 5 ปิดให้บริการชั่วคราว ซึ่งน่าเสียดายอย่างยิ่ง

酒店環境很不錯，房間安靜，酒店周圍配套設施也蠻好，超市在旁邊，吃飯的地方選擇也多，火車站，飯店都不遠。附近有個小廣場，偶爾能遇到本地人擺攤的集市。是個安靜美麗的小鎮。
