โดยรวมแล้ว: โรงแรม 5 ดาวมาตรฐาน ไม่ดีไม่แย่ ไม่ผิดหวัง แต่ก็ไม่ประทับใจ จุดเด่นคือราคาถูกและมั่นคง 💰คุ้มค่าเงิน ไม่มีอะไรจะพูด คืนละ 400 กว่าหยวน รวมอาหารเช้าประมาณ 500 หยวน คนละ 250 หยวนพักโรงแรม 5 ดาว ราคานี้ในหยานไถถือว่าคุ้มสุดๆ ถ้ามีงบจำกัดแต่อยากพักโรงแรม 5 ดาว ที่นี่ตอบโจทย์แน่นอน 📍ทำเลสะดวกสบายมาก อยู่ตรงข้ามกับซัวเฉิงลี่ เดินไปเที่ยวได้เลย ออกไปไหนมาไหนเรียกแท็กซี่ก็สะดวก เที่ยวที่นี่ประหยัดเวลามาก 🛏️อุปกรณ์ไม่มีปัญหา เครื่องนอนและห้องน้ำได้มาตรฐาน อุปกรณ์ที่โรงแรม 5 ดาวควรมีก็ครบถ้วน พักสบาย ไม่ต้องประหยัด 🍞อาหารเช้าธรรมดาๆ มีทุกอย่างที่ควรจะมี ระดับอาหารเช้าโรงแรม 5 ดาวทั่วไป อิ่มอร่อยไม่มีปัญหา แค่อย่าคาดหวังว่าจะว้าวมาก 💁♀️บริการไม่ดีไม่แย่ บริการพื้นฐานโอเค ขั้นตอนเช็คอินราบรื่น แต่ประสิทธิภาพโดยทั่วไป ไม่มีความประทับใจหรือเซอร์ไพรส์อะไรเป็นพิเศษ ก็ธรรมดามาก ❌สองข้อเสียที่ต้องพูดถึง 1. แสงในห้องมืดเกินไป ไม่ใช่แสงสร้างบรรยากาศ แต่มืดจนมองไม่เห็นจริงๆ สลัวมาก 2. ทีวีฉายจอไม่ได้ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างเก่า อย่ามัวแต่ใช้ของเก่าๆ ตลอดเวลา อัปเดตให้ทันสมัยหน่อยไม่ได้เหรอ 👫ใครเหมาะที่จะพักที่นี่? - ไปเที่ยวกับเพื่อน หรือพาพ่อแม่ไปด้วย - ออกไปเที่ยวข้างนอกทั้งวัน ไม่ได้อยู่โรงแรม ไม่ได้ต้องการบริการสุดพิเศษ - อยากพักโรงแรม 5 ดาว แต่อยากประหยัดเงิน และให้ความสำคัญกับความคุ้มค่า ✅สรุป: ถ้ามองหาความคุ้มค่า ที่นี่คือตัวเลือกที่ดีที่สุดในหยานไถ โรงแรม 5 ดาวพร้อมอาหารเช้าราคา 500 หยวน คุ้มสุดๆ ถ้าต้องการบริการที่เอาใจใส่ หรือสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ทันสมัย อาจจะต้องมองหาที่อื่น

โรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาวเก่าแก่ยังคงรักษามาตรฐานได้ดีเยี่ยม แม้จะผ่านกาลเวลามานาน แต่ก็ไม่ได้ดูทรุดโทรมเลย กลับกันยังคงงดงามและเปี่ยมด้วยมนต์เสน่ห์ที่สืบทอดมาแต่ครั้งอดีต เตียงขนาด 2 เมตรกว้างขวางนอนสบายอย่างเหลือเชื่อ และการบริการของโรงแรมก็ยอดเยี่ยมจนประทับใจไม่รู้ลืม ถือเป็นประสบการณ์ที่วิเศษมาก

I found what looked like an engorged tick or bedbug crawling up my bed. The hotel is pretty and I booked it for 1 night as a luxury treat so I could get a good rest for my layover stop to another destination. My room smelt like stale smoke unfortunately, though I had asked for non-smoking. I paid extra on my booking for breakfast and had to wake up at 6am, eat breakfast at 6.30am and go to the airport at 7.20am. My room had a bathtub so I took a bath before bedtime and went to bed at midnight, I got up to go switch the lamp off at 1am and found this bug crawling up the side of my bed going towards me. I think it's either a tick or a bed bug, the body was full of blood. It had 6 or 8 legs, difficult to see but I took a video which doesn't allow me to upload. I don't have any problems with normal bugs such as spiders, but if it is a tick or bedbug it is a big problem. I was really worried there were more hiding inside the bed, I called reception for help and they looked at the bug which I caught in a glass cup. They apologised deeply and changed my room, so I had to move at 1.30am. I explained I was already tired and have to wake up early. In the new room I was unable to sleep as I kept worrying about bed bugs. I got up multiple times to check my bed. And there was a noisy couple next door talking loudly until very late so I couldn't sleep. For a luxury hotel you should not need to loose a whole night's sleep because you are worried about bedbugs or ticks biting you. Nor should be able to hear noise from other guests through the wall. I was extremely exhausted the next day and did not have any appetite. I asked if they could refund the extra I paid for breakfast because I couldn't eat it, but they said it wasn't possible. So I forced myself to try eat 1 egg and some small rice porridge but couldn't finish it. Really expensive to pay for breakfast and hardly eat, it's a shame they couldn't refund the breakfast considering I had no sleep. For a 5* hotel, I would like to have good rest and peaceful sleep. But it was not like that. The staff were very kind and helpful, but it's not so easy to travel here alone. It was not easy to book a taxi for the following morning to the airport and it took 40 minutes of assistance, the man was very kind and helpful, but the hotel should make an easier system for foreign guests to book taxi. When I first arrived in Jinan airport, I had no idea how to get to the hotel. There is no ATM inside the hotel so you cannot withdraw cash, and you cannot pay with foreign card to book a taxi. The shangri-la website did not provide any details for public transport. It simply said bus transfer was available but did not say which number bus. I would give the details here but I have forgotten the route name and bus number now as it was hectic and I was very tired, sorry. I had to waste a lot of time trying to ask for help at the airport as the staff did not speak English. Luckily someone helped me. The bus will cost 20yuan and take you into the centre where you will see the intercontinental hotel and a large shopping mall on the left side of the bus, get off at that stop, it takes 1 hour. From there it's only 5 minutes walk to shangri-la. For a big hotel they should provide easy instructions on the website to guests. The staff apologised deeply for the bug on the bed, and offered 10% reduction of the room rate. Although when I checked out no refund was given and they didn't mention anything about it, I think they just charged full price. Personally I think 10% is not enough anyway. Nobody wants to change rooms at 1.30am because of bugs crawling on the bed. I didn't get any sleep at all and felt itchy because I kept thinking about bugs and couldn't eat the breakfast. I was absolutely exhausted the following day so I was unable to do anything at my next destination and had to waste 1 day more to rest. Unfortunately not an easy experience at the shangri-la.

แม้ว่าพื้นจะไม่สูงแต่ห้องเตียงคู่ก็ค่อนข้างน่าประทับใจ วางแผนที่จะพักที่ไท่ซานสองคืน เนื่องจากฉันไม่ทราบสถานการณ์จริงของโรงแรม ฉันจึงจองไว้หนึ่งคืนก่อน หลังจากสำรวจห้องจนพอใจแล้วจึงขอพักห้องคู่อีก 1 คืน แต่คำตอบกลับบอกว่าห้องคู่เต็มไว้วันถัดไป เสี่ยวหยาง พนักงานล็อบบี้ช่วยฉันย้ายห้องของฉันไปที่ห้องที่ไม่ใช่ภูเขาได้อย่างสมบูรณ์แบบในวันรุ่งขึ้น ซึ่งมีส่วนอย่างมากต่อความสุขและความสมบูรณ์แบบของการเดินทางไปภูเขาไท่ ขอบคุณอีกครั้งเสี่ยวหยาง!

入住山東大廈讓這次我們五一濟南旅行質量直網上升，讓我們對濟南的印象好了很多。在這個價位裏面感覺是非常推薦的。 ⭐️早餐:大饞丫頭出行其實一開始找山東大廈就是考慮看到網友説早餐很好吃，而且還能邊看窗外黑天鵝邊吃。入住之後發現真的不錯。早餐不僅種類豐富，幾乎可以當正餐自助吃，而且還有很多山東特色，把子肉、甜沫、煎餅等等，又乾淨衞生又美味。吃了這一頓白天不用費盡心思去外面排隊買小吃了。除了早餐，這裏一樓的正餐魯菜也超棒!算是我們此行旅遊吃的幾頓魯菜裏面比較好吃的了。 ⭐️環境：大廈裏面很漂亮，大廳非常震撼，波特曼設計名不虛傳。在房間門口隨便拍拍都非常出片。而且裏面用的酒店香氛很好聞，不知道是什麼牌子的。房間景色也很好，窗外可以看到應該是千佛山景區，視野很開闊。 ⭐️衞生：衞生很不錯，床品什麼都睡得很舒服，平時出去都喜歡鋪一次性床品，這次都沒用。而且天熱了現在用的薄的被子，睡得温度正好。 ⭐️服務：服務更是完美，無可挑剔。真切體驗了一把好客山東。一進門老遠還沒走到前台就已經開始熱情迎接我們了。郭佳慧和李瑩小姐姐不僅入住辦理非常快，還給我們升級了房間。送的旅遊手繪地圖也很實用。房間管家佳平小姐姐幫我們拿着行李一直帶我們到房間熟悉情況。走的那天因為打車不熟悉，李洪泰小哥還幫我們拿着行李到大門口，送我們一路找到了司機。🤭🥰而且裏面的小哥哥小姐姐顏值都好高，看着也是賞心悦目。 ⭐️設施：設施很齊全，房間鏡子還能看電視。床頭還有語音助手。裏面還有免費的蒸拿房和泳池，晚上體驗一下放鬆了很多。用的洗護產品是歐舒丹，也不錯。

Excellent stay experience. A hotel brand stands true for its reputation. My request for early check in was considered without any hassle. Was pleasantly surprised especially after a long journey. Could not use other services such as spa, gym etc. breakfast varied and really delicious ! Loved the design of room balcony and the view very much ! In room dining was quick and pleasant.

การเลือกโรงแรมที่เหมาะกับการเดินทางแบบครอบครัวสำคัญมาก! ที่นี่คุ้มค่าสุดๆ ห้องพักแบบครอบครัวกว้างขวางมาก ผู้ใหญ่สองคนกับเด็กสองคนพักได้อย่างสบายๆ เลย ห้องซักผ้าและเครื่องอบผ้าของโรงแรมคือตัวช่วยที่ดีที่สุดเวลามากับเด็กๆ ไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องเสื้อผ้าสกปรกกองพะเนินอีกต่อไป ทำเลก็ดีเยี่ยม ด้านล่างโรงแรมเป็นถนนของกิน ตอนเย็นพาพ่อแม่กับเด็กๆ เดินเล่นหาของอร่อยๆ กินได้อย่างสบายใจ การบริการก็สุดยอดมาก พนักงานน่ารักทุกคน ยินดีช่วยเหลือทุกอย่าง ต้องให้ห้าดาวเลย!

การท่องเที่ยวในชิงเต่าพัฒนามานานและมีโครงสร้างที่ดี เป็นสถานที่ที่เหมาะสำหรับการพักผ่อนและวันหยุดพักผ่อน ครั้งนี้ฉันเพิ่งรู้ว่า Ctrip และ InterContinental สามารถสะสมคะแนนได้พร้อมกัน ต้องขอบคุณ Tim ชายหนุ่มหล่อที่แผนกต้อนรับที่ให้ความช่วยเหลืออย่างอดทน ทำให้ฉันสามารถดำเนินการได้สำเร็จ และเขายังอัปเกรดห้องพักให้ฉันด้วย ซึ่งมีประสิทธิภาพมาก ฉันพอใจมาก ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมากและไม่ไกลจากสถานีชิงเต่า ครั้งหน้าถ้ามาที่ชิงเต่า ที่นี่จะเป็นตัวเลือกแรกของฉันเลย!
