"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, I had issues in another city so I had to go back to Lanzhou and I made my reservation in the last minute for just one night and the staff were very, very helpful! This was the best hotel we've stayed so far in this trip to China, everything was very clean and new, spotless! The breakfast was very good as well and It is very close to the airport. I want to point one specific staff member that was very helpful, and her name is Cassy, she understood how tired we were after all unexpected events during the course of this day, It was late in the night when we arrived and she always had solutions to help us, she even gave me some tips to what to do in Lanzhou and made updates and answered any doubt I had, she also secured a late check out so we could have more time do rest., Even when she seemed very busy she was able to make time to help us. . I feel so much gratitude for her and the staff. Thanks!"

ผผู้เข้าพักOur best hotel stay ever in terms of attentiveness of the staff. When we arrived, we were given snacks and hot drinks. The hotel is relatively new and everything is in top condition. The breakfast was delicious with local specialty. The laundry room has Haier washer and dryer with laundry detergent. All complimentary. There was even mountain bikes provided which we rode around the property to view the vegetable garden, the ducks and chickens. Highly recommended.

JJulia26We made a mistake choosing this hotel: the word “international” led us to believe it would be better prepared to receive foreign guests, but that was not our experience. That said, the staff’s service was excellent at all times. Although they did not speak English, they consistently made the effort to use translation tools to communicate with us and assist us in the best possible way, which we truly appreciated. The hotel was almost empty. The first breakfast took place in a huge dining area where we were the only guests, which meant the variety was quite limited. There was some Chinese food and a coffee machine, but there were no options commonly expected by international travelers, such as fruit, cereals, yogurt, or bread. That same day, we were informed that the rest of the breakfasts would be delivered directly to our room. The staff made a continuous effort to ensure we felt comfortable with this arrangement, confirming the delivery time with us each day. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the cleanliness did not match the hotel’s level and price: the carpet had visible stains, and finding a toothpick at the entrance made it clear that cleaning standards were not adequate. In addition, the amount of shampoo and soap provided was extremely limited—again, not consistent with the quality one would expect given the building and overall appearance of the hotel. In summary, we would like to highlight the kindness and dedication of the staff, but we believe the hotel still has important aspects to improve, especially regarding international standards and cleanliness.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe were not impressed, especially for the price. We've stayed at hotels that are similarly priced and expected much better. To be fair, the hotel itself is beautiful. The architecture, the room interiors, and the breakfast and drinks to get were all very nice. However, the problems started at arrival. We were told the afternoon tea was cancelled and the restaurant was fully booked because of an event. No one told us this in advance, which was very disappointing. The check-in was disorganized. The receptionist (who was also the manager) turned away to help someone else while I was still talking to her. She didn't give us our room keys, saying the bell boy would open the door. But when we got to the room, the bell boy had to walk all the way back to get the keys. The bell boys were actually very friendly and helpful—the only good part. To make things stranger, the female manager called me a few hours after we checked out. She asked how the event affected our stay. I was busy and rushing around, and the call worried me—I thought I had left something behind. Asking for our opinion after we left was too late. They should have asked us during our stay, or better yet, informed us before we even arrived. So, while the place is beautiful, the poor communication and service ruined the experience. We wouldn't stay here again for the price.
