ผผู้เข้าพักMy weekend stay at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City was a great experience. The atmosphere at the hotel is fun, energetic, and perfect for a weekend getaway. The tropical indoor pool area and nightlife really give the place a unique vibe, especially at night.
The room was comfortable with nice views, and the ****** offered plenty of entertainment options. I also liked how convenient everything was, with restaurants, bars, and activities all inside the resort.
Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay with a great atmosphere. I would definitely come back for another weekend in Atlantic City.

CClarisa624It was helpful that they were able to accommodate connecting rooms. We were in the Havana Tower. We booked run of the house, which was a king bed in the hold tower. To upgrade to 2 beds and for connecting option it was an additional $29 fee.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe ate dinner at Capriccio‘s. The bar and dining service was impeccable. The food delicious. Navigating through the hotel was difficult, there is not a lot of information on site as to the floor plan and where things are located. Would be nice to have maps like in a shopping mall. Traffic to most locations is routed through the ******. The smell of cigarette smoke was both shocking and unacceptable. The nicer bars closed down around 10 o’clock. It seemed. Had to go into the ****** for a late night cocktails. By that hour of the night ****** bars were messy, smoky and loud.
All of the staff that we connect with, were very helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us as much as they could .

ผผู้เข้าพักThe screen door to the balcony was broken and the screen ripped apart from its door frame. It would not close all the way or lock. The second issue is the refrigerator was broken and froze everything I put in it. I lost the food I put in it due to it being frozen solid. the back of the refrigerator was completely caked with ice and when I told front desk and asked if the Bistro was still open a few minutes before it was scheduled to close, I got a ”sorry” and the cook was cleaning up and would not make something to replace the lunch I had lost. There was no microwave in the room which would have helped me in this instance, and would help other visitors in the future. The last issue is the bathtub/shower and the most important one. The floor of the tub was not protected with any kind of slip-resistant materials and was as slippery as ice. I did slip when I took a shower but luckily I was able to catch my fall. At 74 years of age, that could have been devastating for me and, in the long run, for the hotel as well. I notified the front desk about this and asked if they had any kind of rubber mat or something I could use to avoid possibly falling and, again, the answer was the same as it was for the refrigerator; i.e. ”I'm sorry.” I was then given two cloth bath mats to put in the shower.

ผผู้เข้าพักPlace was very clean and room was very nice. Biggest problem I had was once you check in they ask if you intend on parking your car. What? Of course I’m going to park my car, I just drove 3 hours to get here. “Well that’s 20.00 a night if you want to park here. All my years of going to Wildwood I have never heard that before. So if you stay at this hotel you can add 20 bucks immediately. Only stayed 2 nights but quite annoying.

George and Neil welcomed us with genuine warmth, handling our bags effortlessly and walking us through the property with the kind of thoughtful orientation that makes a guest feel instantly at home. That same care echoed across every corner of the hotel.
Our Dune Suite was beautifully appointed, blending modern design with quiet comfort, the perfect retreat after long days by the shore. The pool deck offered sweeping ocean views, the workout facilities were pristine and well equipped, and the drawing room felt like a serene escape, ideal for a quiet morning coffee or an evening unwind with a book.
Dining was a true highlight. The bar delivered outstanding cocktails crafted with precision, and the Mother's Day menu stood out as a memorable culinary experience, beautifully plated and full of seasonal flavor. Service throughout was attentive without ever feeling intrusive.
Asbury Ocean Club delivers genuine five star hospitality in a setting that feels both refined and refreshingly relaxed. We left already counting down to our next visit, and we cannot recommend it more highly.

Nnani chenThis was my first time staying at this hotel. I was very satisfied with the clean, spacious room with an ocean view. I really enjoyed the heated swimming pool. All the staff were very kind and helpful. The service was quite good. I will definitely return here.

We were in room 301- so no view or balcony- but you could step outside and walk around and look at the water (which is across the street)-BUT people do walk by the front of your room, in front of the sliding glass doors, so if you don't want that, book room with a view- they have balconies and you cannot walk in front of them.Check in was a breeze and Diane was very efficient and informative. We only stayed 1 night, but chose not to go to the pool because we came on a Sunday, thinking it would be quiet and chill. The bar is right next to the heated pool and there was a band, so it was not quiet- nothing wrong with it- just not what we were looking for. Beach was gorgeous. They have a jitney that takes you to town and towels available that you can also take to the beach. Keurig, microwave and mini-fridge in each room as well as a safe and robes. Well-lit at night and felt safe walking to my room solo. AC worked wonderfully - I should have brought an extra blanket. Water pressure was a little weak but doable.
Only negatives- beds were pretty soft and the pillows were terrible- bring your own.
