An ok choice, but quite blunt. Price was ok if you book it last minute. Free car park but a bit far from the city centre, I would recommend it only with a car. Super noisy aircondition, like a steel factory, no difference in noise if you put it on 1, 2 or 3. Good thing they have paid waschmachines and tumble dryers. View to the car park, but at least it was open view.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences.
First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day.
Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room.
When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology.
Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating!
It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult.
The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program.
Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025?

ผผู้เข้าพักRoom was clean, spacious. Reception was quick but did not inform us that daily housekeeping would NOT be done.
The hotel had a pool area but we were not informed that there was a charge for it.
We had a lap next to the bed that was not working. An evening maintenance person had to replace the whole fixture, the way it was mounted he was not able to secure the new fixture completely and he said the day maintenance crew would take care of it. Never got done even though we told the front desk about the situation.
We had a drawer on the dresser that insisted on opening itself about four inches. The night maintenance man attempted to fix it but was unable to accomplish it, so he said he would leave a note for the day maintenance crew to attend to it. Never happened.
Hair dryer had some sticky stuff all over the handle.
Many of the retail areas were not open Tuesday and Wednesday. Their weekend. Just happened to be the days we were there.
****** was large enough with plenty of machines.
There is an event center but nothing was scheduled. There were no nightly entertainment as in other ******s.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel used to be a lot cleaner when I have stayed there in the past. I ended up wiping down and cleaning up as much as I could. I just think they need to be a little more thorough with their cleaning. One of the wall sockets by the bed had some red spilled drink on it that had dried and the cords to the phone and the electric outlet cord result dried and sticky with this gooey mess that was real gross. The washer and dryers on both floors were dirty I was not sure about using them or not so I decided not to. There weren't any roaches so that's good. A couple times I was paranoid that there might have been bed bugs but I don't think there were and I hope that there wasn't cuz I always inspect the beds and around the beds at first at every hotel I stay at
