The pictures, services and hospitality of this property online on trip.com doesn’t say much of the reality and lovely experiences during our stay at the property. - The Environment was very conducive and Homely - The staffs were very friendly and helpful with us and our baby - Back of the property is nature itself, full nature and free to watch! We had great time staying at the property and would definitely visit anytime we are around. - The manager of the property hosted us to lots fun.

Goed hotel met behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Gewoon goed, in een mooi rustige omgeving met, vanaf het dak, zicht op de Kilimanjaro. Ontbijt is goed en het eten is lekker. Kortom, gewoon een goed en vriendelijk hotel. Helaas is internet niet heel stabiel, waardoor deze regelmatig wegvalt.

This hotel exceeded every expectation of ours. The staff are incredibly kind, smiling and want to make u feel the happiest and most satisfied 24/7. The interior design of the hotel is breathtaking and very spacious and neat. We really really loved this hotel and I wished we had extended the stay there. My stay here was amazing! The room was comfortable and the service was super friendly. They helped arrange a quick tour of the Chagga caves and helped me go to the ATM while there. The chalets were a lot bigger than I had anticipated which was a nice surprise. Breakfasr was delicious!

Everything was fantastic. The staff was amazing and very accomodating. Having delicious local food in the rooftop terrace with Kilimanjaro view is magical. The room is spacious, with a balcony, a shower and a good bed.

以為是個新民宿，其實應該已經經營頗有一段時間，房內設施就是90年代的招待所風格吧，鍾是壞的，鏡子正對着床，床頭無充電插座。洗手間水不穩定，忽冷忽熱，還不排水，無電梯，由服務員將行李拖上二樓。餐廳出餐慢，且周邊並無其他選擇了，反正衹住幾小時，還OK。服務員很熱情友好，公共位置佈置挺好的，性價比在當地算特別不錯了，不能要求太多。
