Lovely hotel, lobby and reception area, bright cheerful and funky, very relaxed and unobtrusive, staff very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Great choice and selection at breakfast, from fresh fruit and yogurts, cereals and seeds, preserves, toppings, breads, pastries and hot dishes and  for cold meats and cheeses. Evening menu somewhat limited in variety, set menu throughout, excellent quality and portion size, nice wine selection and full bar. If I have a negative, it would be my room, small but fully functional, with mini bar (limited), ideal for a solo traveller, but cramped if sharing. The decor of the room is what let it down! It was painted a dark blue/green which gave the feel of being closed in! Housekeeping service excellent. Overall 9.5/10

Ribeira is a nice hotel - location is excellent with everything else being good to average. Management can pay more attention to details - as an example, no tissue paper in the room, only one small garbage can etc. The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna and steam room - the last two were not working when I used it earlier.

Un sitio maravilloso. Muy cerca de la playa y la vez, está metido en la montaña. Instalaciones espectaculares. La cama era comodísima. Tiene 2 piscinas y un spa totalmente gratuito para los huéspedes. El desayuno inmejorable. Sirven cenas bajo petición. Todo está muy bien cuidado hasta el ultimo detalle. El personal es super simpático y agradable. Nuestra instancia ha sido perfecta. Gracias

Tudo ok em termos gerais. Necessita carregador para carro eletrico, nao acho correto o pagamento para empréstimo de toalha para piscina, deveria ter agua quente nos balneários da piscina. Bom pequeno almoço e atenciosos no atendimento.

We had a fantastic stay at Axis hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. We especially loved the breakfast and spa. Can’t wait to come back!”

The staff was amazing! I mentioned it was my father birthday and they provided champagne, chocolates, and a message card.

Tranquilidade, Simpatia contagiante no primeiro dia por parte do recepcionista foi determinante para uma boa estadia. Local muito tranquilo e sossegado. Temperatura ambiente do hotel e do quarto muito boa. Piscina interior aquecia com boa temperatura e bom horario de funcionamente e sem tempo defenido tb muito bom. Nada de menos possitivo tenho a apontar. Hotel onde regressarei seguramente.
