My stay was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the ideal location, which made it easy to access local attractions. The culinary experience was a highlight—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Combined with the beautiful property and attentive staff, it made for a truly memorable and delightful visit. I will definitely be returning.

Review of Goldberry Hotel What we liked: 🏙️ Great location — close to the plaza, restaurants, and walking distance to many spots. ✨ Lobby and hallways are kept clean and well-maintained. ⏰ Early check-in — we were allowed to check in at 10am for free (usual check-in time is 2pm). 🍴 The Rabbit Hole (hotel’s own restaurant) serves good food at reasonable prices. 🛁 Hotel room is equipped with complete toiletries and has hot & cold shower. 👩💼 Staff are professional and accommodating. Things to reconsider: 🚪 The room we were given had an old hotel smell upon entering, not the fresh, clean scent usually expected. 🪳 We noticed baby cockroaches — at least four in the crevice during check-in, and later more appeared on the comforter and bathroom sink after our island-hopping trip (proof attached). 🛏️ The bed sheet did not feel very clean — it had a sandy texture with some visible dirt.

Dear Zuri Hotel Team, I would like to share my wonderful experience during my stay at Zuri Hotel on December 8, 2025. The location was excellent (5/5), making it very convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Zuri Hotel to others. I have never doubted the hospitality of Ilonggos, as they have always been the sweetest among the Filipinos, but the hospitality and service of the hotel is not enough to give it a high rating. From the looks of it, the rooms are very clean, but we were disgusted with the sight of cockroaches and the smell of the toilet (which we assume to have come from the exhaust). Also, they don't change the towels every day even when you put the towel on the floor. They only get the garbage, and that's their way of 'cleaning'. Moreover, they did not put in their website that the pool is under renovation (I have booked this hotel specifically for the pool). I hope they will improve their cleanliness and amenities. Nevertheless, thank you for your services.

โรงแรม Henann Lagoon สะอาดมากและพนักงานก็ให้การต้อนรับดีมาก ตอนแรก ในฐานะกลุ่มเพื่อน 3 คน เราถูกขอให้จ่ายเงินมัดจําที่ไม่สมเหตุสมผลเล็กน้อยสําหรับการเข้าพัก 3-night 6,000 เปโซต่อคน (2,000 ต่อคืน) ซึ่งเราจัดการเจรจา พื้นที่สระว่ายน้ํากว้างขวางและเงียบสงบพร้อมบริการบาร์ริมสระที่ยอดเยี่ยม ทําเลที่ตั้งเพิ่งตั้งอยู่ห่างจากชายหาดเพียงไม่กี่ถนน - ซึ่งน่าจะเหมาะ - แต่เดินประมาณ8-10 นาทีเท่านั้น อยากจะแนะนําให้เพื่อนและคู่รักสําหรับการเข้าพักแบบส่วนตัวและผ่อนคลายอย่างแน่นอน
