Je tiens à partager ma profonde gratitude envers l’équipe du Savoy Marrakech et tout particulièrement à Soukaina pour avoir contribué à rendre la lune de miel de ma cousine absolument inoubliable. Dès le début, j'avais réservé quelques jours dans cet hôtel magnifique (où j’ai séjourné plusieurs fois) en précisant qu’il s’agissait d’un jeune couple tout juste marié et que c’était pour leur lune de miel, et je n'aurais jamais imaginé qu'ils prendraient autant soin de cet événement spécial. Le geste de l’hôtel pour personnaliser leur séjour a été au-delà de mes attentes, et tout a été parfaitement orchestré pour que mes proches passent un moment magique. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre professionnalisme et votre attention, et un merci tout particulier à Soukaina, dont la gentillesse, l’écoute et le dévouement ont marqué ma cousine. Sa disponibilité et son sourire ont fait toute la différence, et elle a su rendre leur expérience encore plus mémorable. Encore un immense merci à l’hôtel et à son équipe pour avoir fait de ce séjour un moment exceptionnel et inoubliable pour mes proches. Vous avez largement contribué à leur bonheur et c'est tout ce que l’on peut espérer en offrant un cadeau de ce genre ! À très bientôt, et avec toute ma reconnaissance Monia.T

The hotel provides excellent facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, and business center, catering to various guests’ needs. The breakfast selection is diverse and delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive, responding promptly to guests’ requests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the Marrakesh main train station super convenient location. The service was excellent from start to finish. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of fresh options, and the dinner buffet offered an incredible variety of delicious dishes. The swimming pool was a great place to relax, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. Truly a great experience!

What an amazing experience it was to stay at this Riad. When we arrived, we were greeted by Karim, who welcomed us with a tour of the Riad and tea on the rooftop. He gave us a map and explained everything we needed to know about the area and getting to all the tourist sites. The Riad is in a perfect area... close to the Saadiam tombs and only a short walk to the main square. Taxis are easy to find and can easily drive right to the door of the Riad so it is in a brilliant location. The room was beautiful, immaculately clean, and the facilitates were amazing, we slept soundly every night and loved the room. Breakfast in the mornings was a treat also. You are greeted by a friendly staff member, and we loved the rooftop breakfast we got every morning. The spa is also wonderful. As a couple, we went for a package traditional Hammam, followed by a massage, and it was great. Again, the staff in the spa area, the facilities, and the overall experience were absolutely amazing. A special mention to every staff member in the Riad: The friendliest, most accommodating I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, especially Karim, Muhammad, Mustapha, and another gentleman whose name I have forgotten. They were so kind and helpful, greeting us with a smile every time we saw them and putting so much effort into making our stay fantastic. If you are thinking about booking this Riad, do it immediately. You will not regret it. When we return to Marrakech, we will be staying here again, and I will be recommending it to everyone I know. Really nice hotel a 20 walk from the main sights of the city. The hotel room is small and the shower could have been built better to prevent flooding but the staff are nice and breakfast was tasty.
