Hilton Colombo Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed — with a stunning view of the city and the sea! Everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully arranged, making it a perfect environment for both rest and productivity. The location is ideal for business travelers, with easy access to key areas of Colombo. The service was exceptional — friendly staff, smooth check-in, and quick responses to every request. I also enjoyed the amenities, especially the gym and breakfast spread. This is definitely my go-to hotel whenever I return to Colombo.

เรามาถึงประมาณ 23:30 น. ใช้เวลาเดินทางจากสนามบินถึงโรงแรมประมาณ 15 นาที ตอนวางแผนทริปศรีลังกา ผมลองค้นหาโรงแรมนี้ใน Ctrip แบบสุ่มๆ เนื่องจากเป็นการเข้าพักแค่คืนเดียว เลยรู้สึกดีมากที่ได้พักใกล้สนามบิน คนขับแท็กซี่เดินตามทางไปยังประตูทางเข้าที่มีชื่อโรงแรมและประตูเหล็ก ภายในประตูมีไฟกระพริบพร้อมเบอร์โทรศัพท์ หลังจากติดต่อคนขับแล้ว พนักงานก็เปิดประตูและบอกให้เราตามรถตุ๊กตุ๊กของเขาไปอีกไม่ไกลก็จะถึงโรงแรม (จริงๆ แล้วมีกริ่งอยู่ข้างนอก แค่กดกริ่ง คนที่อยู่หน้าประตูก็จะออกมา) ทันใดนั้น เจ้าของก็รอเราอยู่ เขาให้การต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่นและช่วยเราขนของ เขาอธิบายรหัสภรรยาและเวลาโดยประมาณสำหรับอาหารเช้าในวันพรุ่งนี้ด้วย ห้องพักสะอาดมาก เรามาถึงค่อนข้างดึกและเข้านอนทันที เสียงนกร้องข้างนอกดังมากในเช้าวันนั้น ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องปกติในสภาพแวดล้อมทางธรรมชาติ อาหารเช้าราคาประมาณ 1,200 รูเบิลต่อคน หมายเหตุ: น้ำดื่มบรรจุขวดบนโต๊ะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม 100 รูเบิล หลังอาหารเย็น ฉันเดินสำรวจรอบๆ บริเวณนั้น มีต้นไม้สวยงามมากมาย ให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนสวนพฤกษศาสตร์ บริสุทธิ์ และเต็มไปด้วยผีเสื้อ! ฉันยังเห็นกระรอกตัวน้อยด้วย เจ้าของดูเหมือนจะเป็นนักสะสมรถยนต์เก่าๆ และยังมีมอเตอร์ไซค์เก่าๆ อยู่บ้างที่ชั้นสอง มีตู้ปลาขนาดใหญ่สามตู้ที่มีปลาเขตร้อนสวยงามอยู่ตรงทางเข้าร้านอาหาร! พนักงานทำความสะอาดตอนเช้าก็เป็นมิตรมากและทักทายคุณด้วยรอยยิ้มเสมอ! หลังอาหารกลางวัน เราเสร็จสิ้นการเยี่ยมชม ทำความสะอาด และเช็คเอาท์เวลา 11:00 น. สำหรับการแวะพักระหว่างทาง ราคาและบรรยากาศคุ้มค่ามาก เจ้าของก็เป็นมิตรมากเช่นกัน บัตรเข้าห้องพักที่นี่ส่วนใหญ่เป็นกุญแจ

Hotel is good, clean and good location Breakfast is very good But the usd to lkr conversion rate is very bad with respect to airport and nearby banks Airport pick up or drop service is a rip off. They are charging 2 to 2.5 times for that and don’t use this service (use uber or airport taxi)

คุ้มค่าเกินราคาไปมาก ตั้งอยู่บนโลเคชั่นที่ดีมาก เดินทางสะดวกใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวมากมายรวมทั้งห้างชั้นนำที่โคลอมโบ ห้องพัก ขนาดห้องกว้างขวาง สะอาดและใหม่มาก คุณภาพของที่นอน, หมอน A+ ห้องน้ำ ฝักบัวและเรนชาวเวอร์ น้ำแรงมาก เครื่องใช้ต่างๆครบครันและมีคุณภาพ เราพักฝั่งวิวเมือง มันสวยมากในยามค่ำคืน ลิฟท์ขึ้นลงสะดวกและไม่ต้องรอนาน คาเฟ่ บรรยากาศโรแมนติกมาก สวยงาม วิวพาโนรามา แอร์ฉ่ำ แต่มองออกไปภายนอกคือวิวทะเล และสถานีรถไฟอันแสนจะคลาสสิค บรรยากาศห้องอาหาร รวมถึงรูฟท็อปบาร์ และสระว่ายน้ำให้คะแนน100 + ส่วนเรื่องรสชาติอาหารนั้นดีมากๆเช่นกันอีกทั้งยังมีความหลากหลายโดยเฉพาะในไลน์ บุฟเฟ่ คุ้มเกินเบอร์ ซีฟู้ดทั้งสด และอร่อย ใครกำลังมองหาที่พักในโคลอมโบ แนะนำที่แห่งนี้ ประทับใจแน่นอน ราคาไม่แรง พนักงาน ให้บริการแบบมืออาชีพ มีความยืดหยุ่นสูงในการให้บริการ เราขอเลทเช็คเอาท์ พนักงานมอบให้ด้วยความยินดีและเหมาะสมโดยไม่คิดค่าบริการเพิ่ม

Visited Colombo during off-peak season so we managed to visit the city with less crowd. Views from any sea-facing room is incredible for its price - slight blocking with 2 towers in front but you can get a better unblocked view if you go for Premium tier rooms. I have to commend reception staff Anjala, who managed upsell me a Premium Seaview Room from a Superior Seaview Room. He took the time to explain the differences between each tier, accommodated to my budget constraints, and brought me to each room (empty ones of course) for a viewing before committing to an upgrade. After hearing that I was there on honeymoon (my husband would only arrive later), he relayed that to the rest of the team who took care of us wonderfully throughout our 4-day stay. Overall, room is clean and roomy, perfect for business calls with fast and reliable in-room wifi. Only downside is their TV doesn't have Netflix or Airplay, only Miracast for Android/Windows users. Tip for travellers: tell your driver this used to be Movenpick hotel - they will know where to drop you off.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ยอดเยี่ยม รถไฟริมทะเลอยู่ห่างออกไปเพียงหนึ่งช่วงตึก และมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอยู่ห่างออกไปเพียง 100 เมตร บุฟเฟต์อาหารเช้าและอาหารเย็นมีตัวเลือกหลากหลาย และสัญญาณ Wi-Fi ก็ดีกว่าในเมืองอื่นๆ ในศรีลังกามาก

The hotel rooms are a bit dated. But it was clean and the food was amazing. Good staff as well.

Enjoyed the hotel customer staff service by a senior Mr Samantha who helped to checkin. Breakfast was good as usual and waitress are attentive. Also Ms Watsathi - housekeeping supervisor making sure the junior staff did a good job on cleanliness. For lagoon seafood restaurant, waiter failed on best hygiene practice on fresh oyster - fallen shaved ice been placed back to bowl . Hope it will never happened again. Both manager and supervisor came apologize and told that will remind waiter’s hygiene importance. They offer complimentary dessert & replacement oyster- declined politely and paid my bill in full. Great to be back to this hotel as always for years. From the helpful bell man to hotel restaurants. Hotel is beside a small mall , to get tea fr Dilmah or at Supermarket or get medicure nails done etc. Did my morning walk to Galle too. Thank you for good memories.

酒店周圍沒有什麼餐廳商店，房間很大，衞生很好，但是不提供礦泉水衹有大桶裝水在樓道里麪供客人使用。

位置在主街道旁邊，有些噪音，我們的房間在一樓，有一股黴味，開窗通風透氣了一段時間才好些，床單被套有點濕潤，兩個單人床都比較窄，感覺性價比一般，比昨天住的granbell hotel差一個檔次多
