My partner and stayed at the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. And everything there was amazing. I’ve never came across to such an amazing staff like in Move Nord hotels. They have support us since we arrived until the day we left. Our room was always clean. Food there was also amazing. Beautiful gardens with very comfy furniture as well. The hotel was a bit far from the city but we had shuttle services that would drop us off and picked us up every day for 10 euros each way per person, cheaper than booking a taxi. Whoever goes to Venice I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
SSuzyyyWe love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service.
This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell).
We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots.
Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.
ผผู้เข้าพักDog friendly and people friendly we liked this hotel very much. The room was spotlessly clean and clearly had been renovated not too long ago. The wifi was reasonable enough whilst breakfast was great - lot of variety with very nice bread. The best was that they allow dogs to sit on the covered terrace by the pool whilst you are having breakfast which is very convenient. I was not a huge fan of the parking - it was very tight as the spaces were small. I preferred to park 5 minutes away on foot in free parking spaces by the road. They charged 10 euros per night for the dog. The location was Jesolo Pinetta which is at the far end of lido di Jesolo which meant you needed to drive to be part of the action. Having said that we found a friendly very reasonable pizzeria 5 minutes walk away. It also meant there was no noise to keep you awake at night. In summary I felt that the hotel was good value especially given that we were staying in lido di Jesolo in the middle of summer!
ผผู้เข้าพักIt’s always going to be magical staying here but, price quality is a tough one. No breakfast included in the price. there is a lot of themed decorations in the room they need probably a wipe down. free parking . The fact that they only provide one pillow per person in the room is always a dealbreaker for me. The mattresses have a waterproof cover which is very good makes it way more higiénic. Of course I’m gonna still come back cause it’s practical
JJune Yoon YiIt feels like I have discovered hidden gems. The surroundings are so beautiful, and the service of the hotel is superb. Preserving the exterior of the classic hotel, the interior has been renovated modernly. My mom uses a wheelchair, and the hotel gave the wheelchair user the best room. Also, I would like to compliment the chef who prepared the breakfast. Fresh and diverse fruits are prepared more than the famous four-star hotel, and the food is all delicious. Offering luxurious service for the price, this hotel is comparable to the name of a villa. This hotel is far from a train station, bus terminal, and public parking lot, but it is close to the airport, dock, and beach. We stayed in Venice for 18 nights and 19 days because my mom is sick, and if you are a traveler who can afford time like us, you'd better stay at Lido Island, travel to the surrounding islands, and enjoy the beach through this hotel.
AAlexandraSBreakfast was superb! The lobby/reception was refurbished however, the rest of the hotel you could see it is a little bit old. It’s 3/4 buildings, with elevators and exterior doors connecting which is not nice, because if I went to get down to the reception I need to go “outside” and then get into the elevator. In this time of the year is a constant hot/cold going from the bedroom to another facility.
Bed wasn’t that comfortable also and made some noise.
Overall, the cleaning was good and people were very friendly! It was a good stay. If they refurbish the rest of the hotel or making it more cozy would have very potential.
