The location is fantastic—centrally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions and enjoy nearby dining options. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The bed was especially cozy, which made for a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the little touches, such as complimentary bottled water and toiletries. However, the room felt a bit dated, and the air conditioning took a while to cool the space effectively. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of local and international dishes. The dining staff were attentive, making sure everything was well-stocked. I just wish the coffee could have been better—it felt a little weak compared to what I expected. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained, but the pool area got quite crowded during peak hours. A larger pool or more seating would have been ideal. Super big space of the room, clean but just a bit noisy due to the solid floor. Very helpful staff and really can have a good rest there.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The location was convenient and easy to access. While everything met expectations, there is still some room for improvement in consistency and attention to detail. Good value for the price overall.

Pros- view was good, room was clean and bathroom was also clean. Easy to use and get around with parking and the pool and gym was great. Cons- asked for non smoking room as had a child but not provided and due to this yellowish walls and tabacco smell not suitable for a baby.

Sheraton/4 points standard of course, very comfy bed, good selection of breakfast food. Only missed hairdryer
