Room was clean, staff was great however they do not allow you to drop delivery food at the lobby, so you have to always meet the driver at the basement. Unfortunately, the management focus too much on making money to the expense of the customers comfort. As soon as you enter the room, there would be snack bar with multiple small pamphlets here and there selling stuff, this kind of killing the luxury hotel vibe. On top of that, they open their small pool to public, meaning that around 3-4ish pm there is some swimming lesson going on preventing me to swim (note that the swimming pool is small). Overall, I prefer the other neighbor 4-star hotel

proses mudah dan cepat, akses kota dekat, resto sana sini, dekat jg dengan toko, Alfamart, mall, dll. Fasilitas oke, minus cmn sendal dan plastik laundry ngga ada. Parkir luas, staff ramah murah senyum semua. abadi the best lah... next kesini lagi soalnya hotel sat set sat set cuma disini 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Bed is comfy, breakfast was quite ok, quite a lot variety, taste not bad. Too bad i saw a fly on top if the boiled corn. Probably because they didnt close the door of the restaurant.

Sehr nettes Hotelpersonal, sehr guter Service. Es gibt Roomservice bis spät in die Nacht. Das hat uns sehr erfreut :) Leider war unser Fußboden sehr dreckig, aber wir durften dann das Zimmer wechseln. Also alles gut!

hotel di tengah kota jd sangat memudahkan ke mana aja, pelayanan sdh sangat bagus, makanan atau sarapan pagi sdh oke. parkir jg sangat luas

นี่เป็นครั้งที่สองที่ฉันพักที่นี่ ครั้งแรกที่ฉันได้รับห้องที่เพดานรั่ว เลยติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อเปลี่ยนห้องโดยตรง สําหรับที่สองไม่มีปัญหา แค่ wifi อ่อนแอ กลางดึกมีงาน โชคดีที่มีแพ็คเกจข้อมูล บังเอิญมีโอเยนมาทานอาหารเช้า ขอบคุณ

น้ําในห้องน้ําสะอาดและสะดวกสบายเล็กน้อย
