ฉันใช้เวลาวันเกิดที่ Balmoral Hotel ตั้งแต่วันที่ 24 เมษายนถึง 28 เมษายน 2926 เยี่ยมไปเลย ฉันได้พบกับพนักงานที่เป็นประโยชน์รวมถึงผู้จัดการสามคนทุกคนเป็นมิตรและใจดี โรงแรมล้าสมัย แต่ให้ความรู้สึกอบอุ่นและสะดวกสบาย หากคุณต้องการอะไรที่จะแก้ไขเพียงแค่ถามและพนักงานมีประสิทธิภาพมาก อาหารเช้าดีมากพวกเขามีรายการให้เลือกมากมาย ถ้วยชาควรใหญ่กว่านี้เล็กน้อย😋 ขอบคุณอีกครั้งสําหรับการเข้าพักที่น่ารัก

Very average service received. Room service closes at 11pm!!! Why offer it then? At least 2am gives you a chance should you miss the normal restaurants that close at around 11pm. Sad that a simple request for X2 decent size glasses and some ice can't be followed or done at 11:30pm... Instead I received 1 glass and absolutely no mention of the ice... It's the little things that make the stay enjoyable.

The reception was amazing. Stuff was very friendly breakfast was always amazing. They cleaned my room well. Rooms are very big and spacious. Completely worth it

We had such a wonderful stay for my mom’s birthday. The reception stuff were very kind and even let us check out late

Location was perfect for the business I needed to transact in the greater Umhlanga area. Staff we ever supportive of needs, breakfast buffet was amazing even though for very few people and food was good quality, room/suite was very very comfortable and spacious, plus they had a sauna which was a nice touch after the gym. I would stay again.

It was really enjoyed our stay at Jozini,the staff was really good and very helpful especially the restaurant staff and the manager was so accommodating because we do not eat certain things he made provisions.The food was also so delicious.Place was very relaxing and they made our anniversary celebration special.
