Overall wasnt a great stay, ill keep it short and sweet and list positives and negatives rather than go into detail Positives - All staff friendly and helpful, nice location, if you can book a deluxe room so you get a first floor room with outside table and chairs and a view of the golf course. Treatment and spa faciltes were good though theres no jaqoozi. Comfy bed! Negatives - Organisation, i had spa day and lunch, it wasnt explained about where lunch was or what was included i had to ask all the questions. I wasnt told the £15 limit for lunch so i went over and they then expected me to pay the difference but they agreed it was unfair. Room cleanliness, bathroom wasnt great, nail clippings on floor and 100’s of small hairs all around the bath after someones shave! Room was very warm and it wasnt even that hot outside, take a fan in hot weather! Food prices very high for what you get, nothing special! Took 30 mins to get my drink at dinner and 65 mins to get my burger and chips, apparantly staff were off sick and there was a new bar man who delayed drinks I wouldnt go back for the price you have to pay and what you get

The swimming pool was nice. The service was good. Dinner for 2 adults and 2 kids was around £50 (two courses) and the food was nice as well. If you are IHG member, you can check out at 12 noon.

Where to begin with this one? Firstly i requested to cancel as i was coming down with COVID like symptoms. Ramada Telford seem to not mind that though, so that request was denied (no offer of another stay, or partial refund, nothing). Felt better day of, and decided to travel. On check-in (nor on the website, photo attached) i wasn't told anything about the pool being out of service. Turns out it was. No offer of a full or partial refund. Nothing. Luckily, Trip have stepped in with a good will gesture. Spoke to some people (named below) by email afterwards and basically told ”nothing they can do” and ”it's trip's fault” that the website didn't reflect that their pool had been out of action since DECEMBER. Awful customer service, facilities not available. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Specifically bad service via email: Lis Frost & Richard Bowen

Second visit to Lion Quays. Excellent Hotel/ Spa Beautiful area Rooms are clean & the views are wonderful of the Langollen Canal. We ate in the restaurant, had burger & fries, it was honestly the Best Burger ever !! The Staff are very friendly & it was a lovely touch that they had remembered us from our previous visit, that means a lot & you feel a valued customer. Would definitely recommend & will definitely return very soon.

The room had alot including a fridge, iron, iron board, cooling fan, hair dryer. The spa had an ice room steam rooms saunas heated pool and a few other spa treats I've forgot lol really good stay the breakfast is a buffet continental plus English breakfast.

โรงแรมนี้ตั้งอยู่ไม่ไกลจากทางหลวงและหาค่อนข้างง่าย เมื่อมาถึง/เช็คอิน เราได้รับแจ้งหมายเลขห้องและมอบคีย์การ์ดให้เรา แต่ไม่มีข้อมูลให้ เช่น (เวลาเช็คเอาท์ เวลาอาหารเช้า รายละเอียดบาร์/ร้านอาหารใด ๆ รายละเอียดสระว่ายน้ํา / ศูนย์ฟิตเนส เราต้องกลับไปกลับมาที่แผนกต้อนรับเพื่อรับข้อมูลที่เราต้องการ โชคดีที่พนักงานเป็นมิตรและยินดีต้อนรับซึ่งทําให้ง่ายต่อการเข้าถึงพวกเขา ห้องพักดีมาก แคบไปหน่อยแม้สําหรับห้อง King Privilege พื้นที่เดินไม่มากมีเก้าอี้ที่ไม่จําเป็นมากเกินไป ห้องพักและห้องน้ําสะอาด ตู้เย็นขนาดเล็กมีน้ําและน้ําอัดลมฟรี ทีวีในห้องเป็นสมาร์ททีวี ซึ่งช่วยให้เราสามารถดู Netflix ผ่านกระจกหน้าจอซึ่งยอดเยี่ยมมาก เตียงนอนสบายและมีหมอนให้เลือกมากมาย ซ็อกเก็ตและจุดชาร์จ USB ทั้งสองด้านของห้องเหมาะสําหรับการชาร์จอุปกรณ์หลายอย่าง กระจกเต็มรูปแบบและพื้นที่ตู้สําหรับแขวนเสื้อผ้า ชุดและรองเท้าแตะที่สวยงามวางไว้บนเตียงอย่างเรียบร้อย เราเคยไปเยี่ยมชมสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกสระว่ายน้ําหลายครั้งในระหว่างการเข้าพัก มันเป็นเพียงขนาดกลาง มีจากุซซี่แยกต่างหากห้องอบไอน้ําและซาวน่า อุณหภูมิของน้ําในสระดีมากอบอุ่นเล็กน้อยซึ่งรู้สึกดีจริงๆ แสงในบริเวณสระว่ายน้ําไม่ดีและแสงค่อนข้างสลัว ตู้เก็บของในพื้นที่เปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าต้องการล็อคเพราะเราไม่รู้ว่าเราไม่ได้เอาออกไป มีเก้าอี้บางตัวอยู่ริมสระซึ่งเราสามารถวางสิ่งของได้ ห้องรับประทานอาหารได้รับการตกแต่งอย่างดีและมีพื้นที่กว้างขวางในการเคลื่อนย้าย อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกมากมายรวมถึงตัวเลือกมังสวิรัติตามคําขอ พนักงานเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดี โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการพักที่น่าพอใจ อยากจะแนะนําที่นี่

My third time staying here. Very quiet. Aimed at business travelers and golfers. Breakfast good and easy parking.
