Hotel is located outside of the city centre. It takes 5 mins by bus and 25 mins by walk to reach the city centre. The bus stop is nearby. Not much food options near the hotel, only there are KFC and a fish and chips shop. The hotel is clean, room is cleaned every day. Breakfast is English style with same menu every day. The breakfast is served from 7 am which is late as we had to catch coach for daytrip which starts from city centre at 7:30. Though I had booked room with breakfast from Trip.com, the receptionist was asking to book the breakfast again as it seems trip.com doesn't share the breakfast booking with hotel. So receptionist asked to show the proof of breakfast booking which was awkward. Other than this minor issues, overall experience was good.

Awful. Initially I was in a double room. Women daily 0540 by loud music which I believe was the kitchen staff starting breakfast preparation. Moved to single room on my final night. The heating on full was the difference between having a cooler box or a freezer. No cable other than power cable for the TV so no reception whatsoever. This was pointed out to the reception desk who told me no maintenance staff were available due to rostering. A coaxial cable would probably resolve the problem. However that was not provided. The staff were polite but had their hands tied on what they could do to resolve the issues. Just an awful experience sadly as the hotel is in a prime position. Polite staff who had to attend to a number of embarrassing complaints from other guests.

The room was spacious enough for 3 people with luggages. The view from the room was very nice with the lake and mountains. Our room was at ground level so we had direct access from our room to outside which is the lakeside and it was very nice. but keep the doors closed all times after used as it is near the lakeside and ground level. we saw a snake (not poisonous) in the grass outside the room in the early morning. The foods and drinks at the restaurant was nice although abit pricey. The view from the restaurant during breakfast in the morning was beautiful. You can bring swimsuits if u want to use the Hot spring in the hotel. We didn’t get to use but it looked nice. There is a co-op near the hotel. The only thing I wish they were better during our stay was the attitude of some staffs. The guy with the bald head was kinda rude to us during breakfast.

Hotel layout was lovely, room was exactly what you would need. Shower was a bit small but still good. Bed was comfy. Swimming pool and facilities were excellent with lockers to store your stuff in free of charge. Reception staff were very attentive and very helpful. Foyer bar food was good and sitting area was very chilled. We did find that the bar staff amongst the hotel were a bit rude at times, customer service could have been better in that regard. Buffet at the restaurant was a bit disappointing, not a huge range of food and for £15 each for breakfast and £25 each for dinner; it was not value for money. Location was spot on, a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the Rothiemurchus centre and 50 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the village. Overall a very nice stay and would happily visit again.

โรงแรมไม่ใช่ 4 ดาวอย่างแน่นอน ระดับสูงสุด 3 ดาวที่ดีที่สุด ห้องพักสะอาดมาก มันถูกโฆษณาว่าเป็นเตียงขนาดคิงไซส์ แต่การวางเตียงเดี่ยว 2 เตียงเข้าด้วยกันทําให้เข้าใจผิดมาก ร้านอาหารอิตาเลียนพนักงานดีมาก แต่บริการช้ามาก ฉันใช้เวลาหนึ่งชั่วโมงในการรับอาหาร ทําเลที่ตั้งเหมาะอย่างยิ่ง ศูนย์กีฬาดีและกว้างขวาง สระว่ายน้ําสนุกมาก โรงยิมต้องการโปรแกรมที่ทันสมัยอย่างสมบูรณ์ อุปกรณ์ไม่เพียงพอในห้องเล็ก ๆ ศูนย์กีฬาสามารถใช้พื้นที่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและมีห้องออกกําลังกายที่ทันสมัยในห้องที่ใหญ่กว่าอื่น ๆ มันใช้งานได้ดี แต่น่าเศร้าที่ไม่ใช่กรณี ฉันจะกลับมาใช้โรงแรมนี้ในอนาคต ราคาไม่ถูกและถ้าคุณคาดหวังคุณภาพของฮิลตันนี่ไม่ใช่โรงแรมสําหรับคุณ

Excellent location and cool swimming pool. The fitness centre is quite limited. Getting something to eat in the evening at the bar or getting a coffee in the morning is impossible. Also the bathroom was a little filthy, especially the shower cap full of mold. For 150 pounds per night I wasn't impressed at all. Staff not particularly friendly. It also looks past it's best days. I feel like management of this resort is weak and lacking and should be much better.

Everything was perfect, the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend the hotel to friends

11年前上學的時候跟朋友們去的，當時就留下了很好的印象。這次帶父母孩子來，依舊很滿意！ 好喜歡這裏寧靜的氛圍。還有歷史感的修道院 我們衹住了兩天，感覺都沒住夠。 房間設施太好了！餐廚設備什麼都有，連筷子都有！清潔用品也很全面，還準備了一大筐的娛樂設備，真的就像住家一樣。（還看到了Paul的鳥類圖鑒書！前陣子才去參加了他做評委的觀鳥賽，好有緣哈哈） 一個酒店貼心的歡迎大禮包，附近加油站旁超市再買點，足夠自己開火吃飯了，家人覺得太舒服了。還給孩子準備了小禮物。 早上推門出去就是草坪，去河邊散個步，偶遇也兔子，晚上在娛樂房跟孩子下棋，這就是生活！夏天來還可以燒烤。 我覺得這裏可以寫的有很多很多很多，想把所有讚美都給這家哈哈哈。 這個價格真的很值！

當時訂這個酒店是因為跟漢堡店麥當勞同名，感覺特別熟悉所以預訂了這個酒店。酒店在當地應該是很具規模了，雖然不是新的酒店，但是衞生乾淨，超出預期。酒店的服務更是細緻周到，我們退房那日因為要趕火車，所以在早餐開餐前就退了房，酒店貼心的在短短几分鐘內就幫我們另外準備了打包好的早餐。 另外，應該是預訂平台需要更正的，酒店並沒有滑雪課程，酒店可加強與平台的溝通聯繫，為後續預訂的客人提供準確無誤的訊息。
