We had a fairly nice stay. It was all ok but the cleanliness standard was very low even after raising it which was very disappointing for such a prominent brand of hotel. Service was good with friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.

Nice hotel and pool club rooms have king size beds and good showers. I go to Derby often to visit and often need a place, although there isn’t many luxury hotels in the area, this one has nice jacuzzis and bigger beds and made for a good small stop.

Took advantage of the scenic walking trails within the estate for a peaceful stroll. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, gym, and sauna for relaxation and fitness. savoured meals at the on-site restaurant and unwinded at the bar, offering a range of dishes and beverages.

While the hotel is a bit old, it still provides a fairly comfortable stay. The rooms, though somewhat dated and small, are clean and functional, offering the basic amenities needed for a decent experience. One of the highlights of this hotel is the excellent service from the front desk staff, who are helpful and attentive, ensuring that guests feel welcome. The location is also a major advantage, providing convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Additionally, there is a ****** close to the hotel, which may be appealing to guests looking for entertainment options during their stay. Overall, while the hotel could benefit from some modernization, its location and service make it a reasonable choice.

Lovely stay! Breakfast was really good too. And the man who greeted us at breakfast was extremely friendly. He deserves a raise for bringing in so much positivity. Overall 10/10 for our stay. Even with the rowdy neighbour who got arrested next door!
