The hotel facilitators are very basic, standard swimming pool, spa and others, room is well maintained but there areas that not very clean, like the shower room. Worth mentioning, the Lebanese restaurant was great, worth trying.

The hotel is accessible via a covered bridge from Terminal 3, and a free shuttle bus runs between Terminals 2 and 3. The hotel also provides complimentary airport drop-off; since we departed from Terminal 2, this service was convenient. However, we had to wait around 30 minutes to check in at midnight.

First room smelled like cigarettes despite picking no smoking. Second room was an upgrade but it was actually the upgrade I originally paid for. My first room was a downgrade.

Second time back to the hotel. This time the service was much better than my last stay. Comfortable room and love the turn down service. Highly recommended for the comfort of the hotel compared to other 5 stars hotels in Cairo that are not on par.
