Our honeymoon at your hotel was truly unforgettable. The scenery was breathtaking, and we had a wonderful evening at the revolving restaurant, which boasted not only magnificent views but also a delightful atmosphere. However, what impressed us most was the incredible honesty and integrity of your hotel team. My wallet was lost, and the hotel staff went to great lengths to find and return it to me; their kindness truly saved our trip. We sincerely thank Mohamed and his colleagues for helping my husband recover his wallet, and also thank Alaa Ahmed at the front desk for her warm and professional service, as well as many other friendly staff members. Their kindness made our honeymoon even more perfect. We highly recommend this hotel to all guests seeking excellent service and a wonderful holiday experience!

The staff of this hotel was not good, At about 8 PM in the evening, the hotel front desk staff called the room and said that the hotel we booked only allows one person to stay. If two people stay, they need to add an additional fee of 70 US dollars. Very unlogic, so I leave my friend and I booked another hotel.but the facilities and environment is good .only their service is bad

It has a good view of the Nile river. Their service is great, especially security team and luggage team are excellent. Just one thing is that this hotel is old and a bit out of fashion. And swimming pool looked good, but the water temperature was not warm enough for us.

What an absolute joy to find this hotel right next to the airport( very short walk) I was exhausted when I arrived and the staff were so kind and accommodating. It turned a very tiring journey into a quite lovely experience.

ฉันไปประชุมที่นิวไคโรมาค่ะ แล้วก็อยากพักใกล้ๆ กับ AUC ด้วย โรงแรมนี้ใหม่มาก มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน บอกเลยว่าประทับใจกับคุณภาพของเฟอร์นิเจอร์มาก สมกับเป็นโรงแรมระดับไคโรจริงๆ เตียงนอนสบายมาก มีไมโครเวฟและทีวีจอใหญ่ ปลอดภัยและเก็บกระเป๋าได้สะดวกด้วย พักชั้น 4 เงียบสงบมากด้วย ที่นี่มีฟิตเนสและสระว่ายน้ำด้วย ส่วนตัวไม่ได้ลองเล่น แต่ดูสะอาดสะอ้านดี หวังว่าความสะอาดและมาตรฐานจะคงเดิมไว้ตลอด เพราะโรงแรมใหม่ๆ มักจะเปิดมาดี แต่คุณภาพก็ลดลงเรื่อยๆ

My stay at Sofitel Downtown Cairo was genuinely pleasant and absolutely worth the money. The hotel delivers a high standard of comfort, but what truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional staff. Special thanks to Ahmed Zakarya at the front desk for his professionalism and warm welcome. Appreciation as well to Shaker from housekeeping for his attentiveness and consistency. I would also like to extend special thanks to the ladies at Solana, the breakfast restaurant—Zakeyh and Hanan—who are truly the gems of the restaurant. Their kindness, energy, and attention to detail made breakfast a highlight of each day. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, driven by excellent service and a strong hospitality culture. I would gladly stay here again.
