We had an overall pleasant stay in this hotel. Although it is a 5-10 minute walk away from the large shopping malls and the city center, it has many amenities nearby. I would like to commend the service crew in this hotel, all of them were nice, polite and displayed professionalism in their work, they took care of my needs well throughout my stay and I really appreciate it. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices including local delicacies and some Chinese street snacks. As a foreigner, I strongly recommend this hotel to whoever is visiting Zhangye, it would definitely enhance your stay.

這次出差選擇的酒店完全超出預期，堪稱商旅出行的“省心搭檔”。房間裏沒有絲毫異味，床單被罩潔白平整，衞生間瓷磚縫隙一塵不染，連洗漱台都擦得發亮，疲憊時推門而入，乾淨的環境瞬間讓人放鬆下來，完全不用操心衞生問題。 最打動我的是交通和接送機服務——酒店距離機場僅15分鐘車程，提前一天預約就能享受免費接送，司機師傅準時又熱情，幫忙搬運行李時特別周到，再也不用拖着行李箱找車，極大節省了時間。 前台服務更是暖心，辦理入住時主動介紹周邊餐飲和打印服務，得知我第二天有早會，還貼心幫忙備註了叫醒和早餐打包，細節處盡顯專業。無論是衞生、交通還是服務，這家酒店都精準踩中了商旅人士的需求，下次出差一定還選這裏！

非常棒的硬件設施，豪華五星妥妥的。房間非常寬大舒適，雖然耗品一般，但已經物超所值。服務上大體還不錯，但河西走廊這一路走下來充分體會了甘肅酒店人的熱情，本酒店的培訓略有參次了。游泳池好得出乎意料，但沒有毛巾洗髮液等等，關鍵是兩天住宿遊了兩次都有客人坐在更衣室裏抽煙，感覺不太好。 第一印象超五星，住完感覺離五星差一些。

This hotel looked incredible! From top to bottom, it was clear that the designers took style seriously. The rooms gave off a sense of luxury that few other hotels in this process range have. The carpets, floors, doors, cabinets, beds etc. emitted a sense of tranquility, which made me feel very comfortable. Also, after travelling around China for nearly a month, I can say that this was by far the best breakfast I've had at roughly a dozen hotels. The staff were professional, everything was very clean, and the location could not have been better. My only issues: there was no air conditioning, and my room was very hot at night. Additionally, when the rooms next to you are watching television, you can hear everything in your room.

Great service. We arrived early morning and was allowed to check in. Four of us used the room for a few hours only though we booked 1 room for whole night. We were out sightseeing mostly and left our luggage in room but were able to rest a while before checking out.

定的酒店套房，一家三口一起休年假過來玩，酒店位置離市區打車10分鐘左右，起步價；環境各方面都好，給升級了早餐，也很豐富。優點就不多説啦。 客觀的評價一下服務吧，進門沒有主動打招呼，酒店的服務還有待提升，三個成年人入住套房衹給準備了兩雙拖鞋，主動打電話前台送上來的；另外離店後接到酒店電話房間內缺少咖啡勺和一個衣架，首先我是出來玩的，自己帶的裝備很是齊全，電水壺都是自己帶的，基本除了一次性用品，不用酒店任何東西。房間的咖啡都還原封不動留下酒店我都沒有用，哪裡用你的咖啡勺，更別提衣架，我入住房間拖鞋不足我主動要的，為什麼不先考慮是自己沒有放或者什麼原因？ 給客人打這種電話，真的影響入住體驗！ 洗衣房自助，有客人洗完未及時處理，我和另一位客人足足等了半小時，打了三個電話，先來了一個大姐説話有點聽不懂，沒有處理，又打電話客房經理過來才給處理，洗衣機操作不熟悉！ 好評吧🙃 希望酒店能提高服務意識！

สภาพแวดล้อมที่สวยงามและสะดวกสบายและบริการมีความเอาใจใส่และกระตือรือร้นเป็นพิเศษ! สะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยห้องพักเงียบสงบและสะดวกสบาย เสียดายอย่างเดียวคือน้ําอาบในห้องน้ํามีขนาดเล็กเกินไป ก๊อกน้ําอ่างล้างหน้ารั่ว ฉันหวังว่าจะแก้ไขได้

We stayed at the hotel in late 2025.3 Everything exceeded our expectations. When I book, it seems the location outside the city is a drawback of this hotel, which is compensated by a free pickup. But for a sightseeing trip in ZhangYe and with services the hotel has to offer, the location doesn't matter at all. Not to mention that the hotel's car+driver offer is quite competitive compared to what we have pre-booked. ###Room###: The room was spacious with comfortable beds and lots of amenities. WiFi speed is decent. There is also a public washing & drying machine, where the maid offered to wash our clothes. ###Restaurant###: The breakfast was plenty. The dinner offer a wide variety of local and standard dishes at an accpetable price. We got a free decent late night snack/dessert (with milk for children) delivered to the room at night. ###Staff###: The staff was very attentive. It started with the driver waiting at the train staion exit. Then we were greeted at the hotel by a staff with a good command of English. The staff has good knowledge of sightseeing spots in ZY. At dinner, the staffs made their best to help us understand the menu, patiently expained the food choices, as well as help estimate how much food we should order. (We are traveling with 2 children.) When we arrive back at the hotel in the evening, they enthusiasticly offered to help carry our stuffs. Tips are not expected nor accepted. If I have to comment, a moisturizing lotion and extra blankets in the room would help when the weather is cold. This hotel will definitely be my first choice if we ever come to Zhangye again.

The Sheraton Lanzhou Hotel located in Anning District is a popular choice and convenient for visitors to Lanzhou. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent service and delicious dining options that stood out to you during my stay. Will come back to the Sheraton Lanzhou Anning again next time when I visit Lanzhou.
