Very friendly and helpful staffs, and got upgraded to a 2-bedrooms family suite. We were greeted everything we passed by the lobby. Walking distance to many nice restaurants and the decorations outside the hotel was amazing (esp the lights on the trees at night). Breakfast was top the top floor with a very nice view, however, limited seats available on the buffet area and need to walk some stair to an upper floor to find a seat.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Vancouver. The location is excellent—central and convenient for getting around the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Front desk was super inviting and informative, hotel was clean and big for what I think is cheap compared to what else was available in town. Breakfast was good, lots of parking too easy to load and unload

Beautiful view and nice staff We arrive far earlier than the expected check in time but the staff still being helpful to get us a room with good views, and the room is tidy. Staff who clean the room(on the 4th floor) every morning is nice and welcoming too, wish her a good one

Hotel is nice and clean, the location is central and close to anything you might need. Best bang for buck hotel I’ve stayed at with breakfast included. Beds could be softer but the pool was greats for the kids and slide was a huge hit.

front desk was really friendly and nice considering we checked in at minute. rooms were clean and cozy with microwave but no hot water kettle. overall a nice place for a place to stay in kelowna
