Eu e meu Esposo já somos clientes neste hotel em cabo frio, há muitos anos porque sempre éramos bem atendidos. A localização dele é boa , os quartos são muitos bem limpos e cheirosos e o café da manhã também é bem servido no restaurante. Mas desta vez deixou a desejar no atendimento na recepção , fomos muito maltratados o recepcionista muito grosseiro, sei educação para tratar as pessoas que são hóspedes do hotel . Ele ainda falou pra mim e meu Esposo tanto faz vocês cancelar ou não as diárias, como se a gente fosse ninguém me sentir muito mal com essa situação porque fomos pra curtir e não se aborrecer e isso nunca aconteceu comigo. Pedimos pra falar com a gerente Alessandra que nem deu importância a nosso caso e ainda falou que é porque ele o recepcionista é novo . Enfim faltou educação e empatia com o atendimento aos hóspedes desse hotel. Fiquei decepcionada !!!
The location is great, however you should be aware that the you pay so much for the location and that's it. Standard double room is not spacious, with very small window. The hotel itself is far-far away from luxury, for Europe it looks like 2-3 stars, definitely not 4. The main advantage is rooftop, where you can see beautiful Copacabana beach from 14th floor. This terrace is open for every guest of hotel, even on New Year's eve for free.
The service is poor: gentlemen on reception talked indifferently, barely understanding english. They even gave us misleading information: for example, one of them told I need to get up at 7:30 sharp to give belongings for laundry (and no chance to do it in advance or later), the second was sure that we needed to pay for New Year's dinner to have access to rooftop (he didn't know the word ”terrace”, by the way). Both were wrong.
The breakfast was mediocre, with Fanta pretending to be orange juice and no vegetables at all, but with fair good cheeses and deserts though.
The service in the bar is very-very slow.

AS TOALHAS NA CHEGADA ( SÓ TINHA UMA , TIVE DE PEGAR OUTRA E NÃO TINHA DE ROSTO, DERAAM DE BANHO NO LUGAR ) REGULARES, PRINCIPALMETE NA TROCA , COLOCARAM UMAS TOALHAS BEM RUINS, NÃO TINHA TAPETINHO DE BANHEIRO , TINHAMOS QUE PISAR NO CHÃO COM OS PÉS MOLHADOS.

Muy buen hotel, en una excelente ubicación de Copacabana, a 3 cuadras de la playa y a una de la calle principal. La habitación era pequeña pero muy bien organizada, la atención es muy buena y el desayuno excelente.

ผผู้เข้าพักHotel muito bom ! , quarto tinha um pouco de po mas ta a limpo , os unicos problemas foram a janela que nao vedava a luz 100% ,por alguma razao o barulho e o checkin tardio mas fora isso foi muito boa a experiencia e voltaria ao hotel. Vista linda e cafe da manha bom (so onvestiria mais nos sucos )
ผผู้เข้าพักThis hotel has a corporate vibe, with good proximity to a less busy beach than Copa or Ipanema. The amenities are decent, the rooms are small-ish but clean. Both the main restaurant and the top floor restaurant (Masi) were also decent. Masi is not that busy so it’s a great place to get a beautiful sunset view, and the menu has a few hits and a few misses. But the staff were great and so is the view.
The pool area is good for families, but is too busy on the weekends for someone to chill out and relax.
The room layouts are an effective use of space and were in good shape. The only thing to mention is the AC units. They are on a remote system that can cause some difficulty in setting up, and maintaining a set temperature is not really what they do. They are either on, or off. - Maintenance had to come twice to our unit to get us a new remote, as ours would frequently stop working. But they do cool the room, just with some operator frustration…
The main complaint is the chemical / perfume smell they flood the lobby and common areas with. I’m not someone who is scent sensitive - but the air is thick with an ‘air freshener’ scent that they blow throughout the lobby area. It will be off-putting to some. Thankfully the rooms themselves are immune to this.
Cleaning staff do a great job, and overall they have a dedicated (if over-worked) support staff
For the numbers of guests that they have.
The rooms are quiet. We were able to sleep well throughout the night. No traffic noise, or other room noise and we were about halfway up the building.

The most impressive aspect is the service and Diego is a legend! Everything you need can be solved and managed by Diego super, professionally, systematically, precisely, prompt and warmly, just like magic and miracle.
if I could score higher, I would have given triple so high as full score for Diego's service!

DDariusz FaHotel z naciąganymi 4 gwiazdkami. Pokoje ok z dość małymi łóżkami czyste i schludne. Śniadania ok. Jedyne co może przeszkadzać to sposób dbania o czystość. Stoły przecierane są jedną chustką bez detergentu a okruchy i inne części jedzenia zrzucane na podłogę. Recepcja ogólnie jest bo jest - brak empatii i niesienia pomocy.

ผผู้เข้าพักLlegamos y nos dijeron que nuestra habitación estaba ocupada por un cliente Premiun, que que teníamos que esperar, llegamos a las 12, entendemos que el check-in es a las 3pm, sin embargo de tanto reclamar nos dieron la habitación a las 6pm, estando con mi familia y un viaje de mas de 10 horas, fue una muy mala experiencia, y su respuesta siempre fue hay un cliente premiun así que tienen que esperar, nunca se disculparon, una muy mala experiencia en ese aspecto

A comida impecável, os funcionários te fazem se sentir em casa. Super recomendo.

A segunda é o café da manhã. Já fui em hotéis bem menores com uma qualidade incrível do serviço de café da amanhã. O hotel deixa um pouco a desejar nesse quesito.
De resto foi uma boa experiência e eu voltaria novamente.
ผผู้เข้าพักAo chegar, queriam me colocar em um quarto diferente ao contratado. Precisei provar que o quarto contratado divergia do oferecido. Para acessar ao quarto, precisava reativar o cartão-chave em cada oportunidade, tendo de recorrer a recepção do Hotel de 4-5 vezes ao dia, o que gerava perda de tempo e mal estar. Por último, o colchão era muito velho. Dava pra sentir a protuberancia das molas machucando as costas. As almofadas eram baixas e só davam 1 por hóspede. Não havia mantas extras para as noites frias. As noite de sono não eram reparadoras. Não sei como era classificado com 4 estrelas. Não voltarei.
RRafaleBardzo fajny hotel. Super lokalizacja przy samej plaży. Dużo miejsca wokół do spacerowania, jazdy na rowerze itp. Plaża przepiękna, idealna do plażowania i surfowania. Hotel za darmo zapewnia leżaki, ręczniki i parasole. Wyżywienie w formie Half Board idealne.
Nieco głośno jest od strony oceanu i ulicy. Uszczelki w oknach były już wysłużone ale nie miało to wpływu na nasz pobyt. Świetny basen na dachu z super widokiem. W sobote grał nawet DJ! Polecam ten hotel.
