6 min walk from Antwerp Central Station. Easy to get to many places in the city. That’s the only pro. The room was old and equipped with aged facilities. They won’t provide basic hotel stuff in the room such as cleaning sets,bath ropes etc until you go down to front desk to ask from them (yes they won’t bring them up, you have to go down yourself). The A/C switch was not easy to operate, what was set on switch did not match the temp I felt. Pillows quite uncomfortable. Some lady staff at reception were nice to offer help. But some guy staff seemed they were reluctant to work. I checked in at night and it passed shop normal operating hours. The hotel didn’t offer complementary water. There was no vending machine inside or near hotel. There was no kettle provided in the room! So boiling water is not an option. They forced you to drink bottled water from minibar. And everything from minibar was ridiculously expensive. Water is 2-3 x the price of what you pay at local supermarket. A total rip-off. Would definitely not choose this place again.

The room was clean, we booked a family room for four people but the sofa bed was not made up. Then we were told to make it up ourselves which was fine, but there were no pillows and blankets. We could’ve swapped rooms but one staff member prevented this from happening. The toilet smelt terrible of urine. Overall, the hotel was nice and the breakfast was good too, the staff in the cafeteria were very good and helpful. We travelled from Antwerp to Brussels for the day and had an amazing time.

Fijne ruime kamers, rustig, prachtige wellness, vriendelijk personeel, schoon.

Het was een bijzonder hotel. Groene omgeving maar toch midden in de stad. We hebben de high tea gedaan. Dat was erg goed het enige minpuntje van de high tea was dat de zoetigheid veel witte chocola was, alles mousse dus een beetje variatie qua zoetigheid hadden wij het nog beter gevonden. Bijvoorbeeld een macaron of een bonbon zoiets maar voor de rest niks om aan te merken. Ontbijt was geweldig ik weet niet of ik het 60 euro waard vind pp maar het was erg goed. Service was ook netjes. Ze liepen mee naar de kamer. We hadden wel een invalide kamer gekregen maar ik weet eigenlijk niet waarom maar een elektrisch bed was niet verkeerd.

Amazing Hotel, even though we arrived there very late, the staff were still holding a smile. The room itself is also extremely good!

ทําเลที่ตั้งสวยงามห้องพักน่าอยู่และกว้าง มันค่อนข้างสมเหตุสมผลที่จะใช้แฟรงค์บรัสเซลส์เพื่อล้อเล่น เรามีความสุขมาก อาหารเช้าตอนเช้าก็เพียงพอและหลากหลาย

酒店的位置還可以，在小鎮的略微邊緣地帶，但是停車場很大很方便，周圍綠樹成蔭，環境幽雅，走路可以找到幾個小超市，挺不錯的適合商務出差住住的！
