It was a nice little hotel, nothing special but had what you’d expect for a comfortable stay and the WiFi was decent. Breakfast included which is a plus but was very basic continental breakfast.

The hotel is well located to shopping and restaurants, as well as easy vehicular access. Their downside is the limited undercover parking and the need to book a space. Otherwise, you will need to use available, nearby public spaces. The hotel has automated checking, but staff were on hand to make sure all goes smoothly. If a second key is required, it has to be generated by staff. Breakfast is not done in the hotel, but a voucher is provided to go to Salvatores Cafe in the same building. You have a choice of dine in or take-away. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The smell of this hotel was amazing! It must be one of the cleanest hotels ive had the pleasure of staying in. I loved the room but unfortunately could hear the noise generator outside all night and got very little sleep, which was frustrating given this wasnt a cheap stay. Aside from that a great hotel.

The hotel offered exceptional service and the room was very comfortable and facilities were great. All the extras that were included, from a complimentary drink on arrival to the 16th floor 360 degrees viewing for sunset, free canapés and snacks. Highly recommend

Excellent service, helpful, professional staff. Reception is 24/7 which is so helpful because I drove 4.5 hours from Alice Springs and ended up later than I intended. Clean, tidy amenities, great location. Would stay with them again, whether travelling solo or not.

Excellent stay. Nice amenities and close to the action in Darwin. Will definitely be staying there next time in Darwin.

I checked in at 4am, and the process was smooth. The room is clean, breakfast is reasonable. The room was clean despite I only stayed for 2 days. Checkout was also smooth, with the front desk help to book a cab which came timely.
