Hotel típico de padrão econômico e confortável. Quarto não é espaçoso, mas de tamanho suficiente para um casal. Café da manhã saboroso, com fartas opções. Equipe prestativa (tive problemas com o ar condicionado no primeiro dia e trocaram de quarto mediante solicitação).

Excelente atendimento tanto na recepção como no restaurante, que aliás oferece comida de muita qualidade. Quarto amplio, espaçoso, confortável e com belas vistas. Andar silencioso e com elevador muito acessível. O melhor local para uma estadia agradável na belíssima cidade de Vitória. Voltarei em breve

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered! Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun. Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance. Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool! Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious.
