Receptionist very friendly I aririved before check-in time, but i was given a room key The location very close to the central station & major tourist attractions. Perfect

โรงแรมเยี่ยมมาก! ฉันใช้เวลาค้นหาโรงแรมที่คุ้มค่าในโคโลญนานมาก อ่านรีวิวมาเยอะมาก ห้องพักกว้างขวางและมีตู้เย็น สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ เทียบเท่ากับมาตรฐานโรงแรมในประเทศระดับไฮเอนด์ การเข้าพักสะดวกสบายมาก และอาหารเช้าก็เป็นอาหารเช้าแบบยุโรปคลาสสิก ค่อนข้างวุ่นวาย ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟเพียงสองป้าย และเดินจากป้ายรถเมล์เพียงสามนาที เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีมาก

Breakfast was good for cheese lovers. But , the attitude of server is rude , they first reject my microwave demand , which is absurd. Than , he made it but warn me that next time no chance which is more absurd. He should get some course to how to be attitude towards customer. All in all, a bit old and pricy.

It is beautifully renovated recently and the room is extremely comfortable. However, some staff appeared not well trained. There are a cleaner kept to open my door while I was in the room and I didn't know if he do the same while I was not there. Once he caught me just out of shower. It is really disturbing?

這次在科隆入住的這家酒店整體屬於 “中規中矩” 的實用型選擇，沒有明顯短板但也少了些驚喜。位置還算便利，步行到附近的公交站約 5 分鐘，去科隆大教堂、老城區等景點搭乘公共交通或打車都不算繞路，周邊有小超市和簡餐店，日常採購、解決三餐很方便。房間面積適中，單人住足夠寬敞，雙人住稍顯緊湊，傢俱和陳設能看出有些使用痕跡，但整體乾淨整潔，床品柔軟度剛好，睡眠質量沒有受影響；衞生間乾濕分離做得不錯，熱水供應穩定，洗漱用品是基礎款，建議對護膚有要求的朋友自帶。服務方面，前台工作人員態度温和，辦理入住和退房都很高效，問景點路線時也會耐心解答，但沒有主動提供額外的貼心服務（比如本地遊玩推薦、行李寄存延伸服務等）。早餐是簡單的自助形式，麪包、火腿、雞蛋、咖啡、果汁等基礎品類都有，口味中規中矩，能滿足飽腹需求，追求豐富餐食的話可能會覺得有些單一。總體來説，如果你是為了在科隆便捷出行、追求高性價比住宿，這家酒店能滿足基本需求，適合注重實用性而非奢華體驗的旅客。

ประทับใจมากค่ะ เป็นที่พักประจำสำหรับการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจ ทำเลของโรงแรมนี้สุดยอดมาก ออกจากโรงแรมก็เจอสถานีรถไฟฟ้าเลย มีร้านอาหารและแหล่งช้อปปิ้งใกล้ๆ สะดวกสบายสุดๆ ห้องพักสะอาดเรียบร้อย เตียงนอนและชุดเครื่องนอนสบายมาก ทำให้นอนหลับสบายตลอดคืน การบริการก็ดีและใส่ใจลูกค้ามาก ครั้งหน้ามาก็จะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนค่ะ

Mercure Duisburg is quite a good hotel. Especially for the price we paid for 4 people. The sleeper couch was comfortable for the kids and the bed for us was nice. We also really enjoyed the breakfast (although we missed the bacon…). The swimming pool was actually nice. The kids enjoyed it a lot. The location is absolutely perfect. The main shopping street is behind the hotel on a couple of minutes walking distance. We enjoyed the Christmas market and the kids had KFC. There are nice shops as well. Parking was very reasonable. 12 euros for 24 hours.  Some constructive feedback: - the pillows are surprisingly flat. They didn’t have extra pillows left, other guests also asked for them. Might be good to change the pillows. Pillows are not that expensive nowadays, so Accor, please upgrade there.  - there is only 1 lift. That was quite uncomfortable because the staff also uses the lift, especially also housekeeping with the carts. So sometimes it’s either you wait or you take the stairs.  - the carpet could be changed. It’s clean, but looks old and worn out. They put up a funny poster, so that makes it a little better. But still, hopefully for the next renovation, please take that up as well.  - the TV mainly had German channels. The news channels were also in English. The smart tv’s unfortunately didn’t have apps on like Netflix or Prime, etc. so I could log in with my own account. Neither was there a way to screen mirror my phone. So when the kids were sleeping I ended up watching a movie on my phone… Some minor things, but we do recommend the hotel. If you have a bigger budget, you can find a more luxurious hotel I’m sure. We would come back again.

โรงแรมตั้งใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยว ช็อบปิ้ง สะดวกการเดินทาง ภายในโรงแรม ตกแต่งดี พนักงานต้อนรับดี ห้องพักสะอาด เตียงนอนนุ่ม ไม่มี ตู้เย็น และ คอฟฟี่บาร์ หรือน้ำ นั่งดื่มที่ ล็อบบี้ บรรยากาศดีมาก.มีที่จอดรถของโรงแรม แต่ไม่ที่ที่ชาร์จรถไฟฟ้า

Intercity hotel is close to the train station which is very convenient when you have to take the train. Room is clean. But water pressure of the hand shower was very low. It might be to safe water but not pleasure for a quick shower.

I've been here a few times now and it's the only hotel I'll stay at, it's very very nice the staff are great very welcoming. The room was nice and cosy bed super comfortable.
