I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

El hotel está en pleno centro de Horta,bajas por una calle y estás en el puerto.Es antiguo pero todo muy limpio y con unas vistas espectaculares. El desayuno es sencillo pero muy rico.LLevaros bañador y gorro ya que tiene gratuitos piscinas exterior e interior,sauna,jacuzzi y gimnasio.Los trabajadores te ayudan todo lo que pueden y hablan español muchos.Hay cerca aparcamiento gratuito

บริการที่ฉันได้รับนั้นยอดเยี่ยมพนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมากและเป็นมืออาชีพ สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกสะอาดและใช้งานได้จริงฉันไม่มีปัญหากับอุปกรณ์หรือเครื่องใช้ใด ๆ สุดท้าย ทําเล วิว ห้อง สวยเหมือนหลุดจากหนัง! ฉันอยากพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนและเป็นคําแนะนําที่แข็งแกร่งสําหรับเพื่อนและครอบครัว!

Excellent location just a short walk from local beaches. Friendly and very helpful staff. Supermarket and several small restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Ribeira Grande.

Мы довольны сервисом и расположением отеля.
На завтрак был большой выбор, интересная система заказа дополнительного завтрака.
Очень хороший спортзал, были там каждый вечер.
Наличие сауны тоже отличное решение, чтобы расслабиться после ежедневных походов в горы.
Порадовало наличие парковочных мест рядом с отелем.
При выселении была какая-то системная ошибка, надеюсь, что персонал её решил. Так как мы спешили в аэропорт и не смогли ждать обновление их информации, а просто отдали ключи от номера.

NNodynessoThe check-in was the most problematic part. I hadn't received any instructions from the host (also not in spamfolder) how to unlock the entry gate to the property. It was already getting dark and the host was also not reachable by telephone. Monica from Trip customer service eventually managed to forward the necessary entry codes to me (many thanks for the assistance!).
++ The room was spacious and convenient, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and toilet were clean and there were enough towels. For those who like to watch TV: a huge flatscreen with plenty of channels. The shared patio with a little swimming pool is very nice with beautiful sea view. The property is quietly situated at a 15 minute walk from the centre of Angra.
-- No written instructions (e.g. WiFi password) or general information (amenities) available. There are shared facilities in the property and the kitchen can be used for preparing meals (self catering). Although the reservation mentioned breakfast included, there was no fresh bread brought in. Not the end of the world but better not mention it as an option. Also unclear if items in refrigerator belong to other guests (self caterers) or are for general use so we didn't touch any. The host was not available by telephone for questions and also never responded to my initial calls on the day of check in. The room was in the basement and from time to time some smell from the sewer pipes lingers in the room.

GGusNSA truly wonderful hotel.
With only 9 rooms, the staff focuses on making every guest experience exceptional.
The location is great, central enough to explore the Island and come back too every day. While the view from, and upon exiting, your room will take your breath away every single time.
All of the accommodations are top notch, the bed was supremely comfortable and even the linens and towels had a plush feeling.
Breakfast options can be slightly redundant but the quality and freshness of the ingredients, along homemade jam and juice, as well as a flexibility to switch things up on the menu, more than make up for it.
We the hotel restaurant is excellent for dinner as well. So much so that we ended up defaulting to it more than once during our stay.
We also appreciated small details like the phone they provided upon check-in that followed us everywhere on the island for spur of the moment suggestions and reservations through the hotel!
All in all, highly recommended, my wife and I know we’ll be back!

NNadine D.Very nice hotel. The front desk arranged to get my room earlier than 3pm. Staff was super helpful and very friendly. Everyone speaks English. Comfy bed. Burgers at the bar was delicious and breakfast was great. Close to shops, supermarket, gas station and cafe making it a prime location for my first time in Ponta Delgada. It was just a stopover but wish I stayed longer.

ผผู้เข้าพักIm afraid to write all this because this place because when we want to go back here, it will get too busy. We travelled with a baby and the hotel provided a high chair and crib which made a huge difference for us. They even upgraded our room. The staff is very responsive and would respond to my queries prior to arriving. They would help me with any questions at the front desk. Bernardo, Joal, and Claudio were excellent help. They had great recommendations for tourist things to do that met the needs of our family. The hotel and apartment were immaculately clean and staff were so friendly and thorough. We enjoyed the continental breakfast everyday. Some people complained in previous reviews its the same items each day but we found there was a new item each day. I also appreciated the consistency because I knew what to eat the next morning. The woman who does the breakfast has a wonderful spread. The fruit, coffee, eggs and everything were fantastic.

KKB100The Charming Hotel is a beautifully preserved historic building with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with most of the amenities you’d expect, including a glass bottle of water that is refilled daily. Complimentary coffee is available throughout the day on the ground floor. The staff were exceptionally accommodating—I made use of the luggage storage and was even able to return after checkout to enjoy a coffee and relax on the patio before my departure. Breakfast was well-prepared and a lovely start to the day. One thing to note: access to rooms is only by stairs, so guests with heavy luggage should keep this in mind. Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful experience in a fantastic location. I would gladly stay here again.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe had a lovely stay at ANC. We spent 2 nights there after flying in from NYC. It was nice to have the pool, the terrace and be in walking distance to the beach (even though when we went there was too much seaweed to swim) most of the people at the front desk were very helpful. You can also walk to Caloura. These were all good things as we got acclimated from jet lag. Peaceful. One person in particular helped me with reservations and good details on our plans. The dinner was good and the breakfasts seem to be the usual fare, a good variety. We’d recommend staying here.
