We truly enjoyed our stay at Maritimo Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The manager (unfortunately, I forgot his name) helped us book a tour, and Fatma was always there to lend a helping hand whenever we had questions. The room offered a lovely sea view and was spacious enough for three people. We really appreciate the warm hospitality of the people of Trabzon.

The staff are helpful, but the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness, and the rooms are saturated with a suffocating and unpleasant smell of cigarettes.

It was very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms, few teething issue in toilet and bathroom which can be easily fixed. Very professional staff esp the kind kitchen ladies as they made us special breakfast one day when we did miss the deadline time of 11am. They are very hard working esp Beyzarun and Tunisian receptionist. Hotel is right in front of trabzon bus terminal and minibus is also easily located right in front of hotel. Overall very happy with our stay and would book again if travel to that city.

للأسف الشديد كان هناك استغلال فاضح لحاجتنا الى السكن وتم رفض استقبالنا في الوحدة التي تم حجزها بحجة ان هناك لدينا ولدين كبار في السن ولابد من تغيير للوحدة السكنية بغرفتين منفصلتين وغير مطلة على البحر وإجبارنا بدفع 450 دولار زيادة وفرق في السعر ليصبح الاجمالي لسكن ل 9 ليالي مبلغ 2100 دولار وهذا كان مبلغ كبير جداً وهذا يدل على استغلال فاضح ولحد الان ترفض ادارة الفندق تزويدنا بفاتورة عن المبالغ المدفوعة ولانعلم ماهو السبب …….!!؟؟ نامل منكم اعتماد تقيمنا والبحث والتقصي عن ماحدث او سنظطر اسفين الرفع الى الهيئة العامة للسياحة في المملكة واستوضاح الامر منهم وبصفتكم الوسيط والوكيل في حجز الوحدة السكنية. وانتم الموكلين برضا العميل لديكم .

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

โดยรวมแล้ว การเข้าพักที่โรงแรมนี้มีทั้งขึ้นๆ ลงๆ คนที่จอดรถช่วยเหลือดีมากและดูแลรถของฉันเป็นอย่างดี ซึ่งเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นในเชิงบวก อย่างไรก็ตาม การขาดรอยยิ้มของพนักงานต้อนรับแม้ว่าจะมีวัฒนธรรม แต่ก็ยังสร้างความประทับใจเล็กน้อย การเช็คอินมีประสิทธิภาพและห้อง 206 ก็สะอาด แต่น่าผิดหวังที่ไม่มีกาต้มน้ําหรือเตารีด ด้านสว่าง เครื่องปรับอากาศทํางานได้ดี สามารถปรับปรุงหัวฝักบัวได้เพราะไม่เหมาะกับความชอบ นอกจากนี้ ผ้าเช็ดตัวผืนใหญ่และผืนเล็กเพียงผืนเดียวก็ค่อนข้างน้อย หมายเหตุในเชิงบวก ทําเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมสะดวก มีร้านค้าในระยะที่สามารถเดินถึงได้ การเช็คเอาท์นั้นตรงไปตรงมา เพียงแค่ส่งกุญแจไปที่พนักงานต้อนรับ สรุป แม้ว่าจะมีแง่มุมในเชิงบวกบ้าง แต่การปรับปรุงสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกและทัศนคติการบริการสามารถเพิ่มประสบการณ์โดยรวมที่โรงแรมนี้ได้

I had a fantastic stay at the newly built Garden House Hotel. The room was amazing, equipped with everything you could need, including a little fridge. It was also wonderfully warm, which is perfect if you’re staying during the colder months. Mahmut was amazing — very helpful and friendly, a lovely person. The only issue I encountered was the lack of signage indicating it’s the Garden House. Arriving on a rainy day made it harder since the internet wasn’t working and I had to knock on a few houses and ask for help to find the place. The streets are tiny and all houses are next to each other, making it tricky to locate. I’d recommend providing precise location details on the listing or advising guests to contact the host for exact directions, especially if they arrive at night or in bad weather. Aside from that, it was a really nice stay and I’d definitely come back!
