لا يوجد تهويه بالغرفه ولا يوجد نوافذ ولا يوجد شفاط روائح بدورة المياه الغرفه ضيقة جدا

ห้องพักดูดี แต่กลิ่นแรงมากตอนที่เดินเข้าไป กลิ่นเหมือนกลิ่นบุหรี่เลย แล้วฉันก็เพิ่งรู้ตัวว่ากลิ่นนั้นมาจากท่อระบายน้ำในห้องน้ำ ทุกครั้งที่ไปอ่างล้างหน้าหรือเข้าห้องน้ำ ฉันรู้สึกคลื่นไส้มาก เราเดินทางมาจากการขับรถไกล เลยต้องตื่นสาย แต่แขกอาหรับในห้องข้างๆ คุยโทรศัพท์และตะโกนกันเสียงดัง ทำให้ฉันนอนไม่หลับ (ผนังบางมาก เสียงพนักงานและแขกดังลอดผ่านประตูเข้ามา)

Отель находится недалеко до Трабзона (на авто). Номер был с видом на море, очень тихое утро с пением птиц👍завтраки хорошие, есть парковка для машины.

เรามาเที่ยวตราบจงเป็นครั้งแรก พนักงานให้การต้อนรับดีมาก เราได้เจอเรื่องยากนิดหน่อย แต่พนักงานมีประสิทธิภาพมาก ภายใน รัตนทอง ช่วยเราแก้ปัญหา พนักงานที่ห้องอาหารก็ดีมาก ขอให้ทุกคนมีชีวิตที่มีความสุข

ชอบโฮเทกนี้มาก พนักงานและผู้จัดการสุภาพและให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ใกล้กับจตุรัสตราบzon มากๆ

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

الغرف جميلة والإطلالة زجاجية جميلة لكن يعيب الاطلالة انها نافذة بفتحة محدودة وليست شرفة الإفطار متواضع اجمل ما في الفندق في الاستقبال الاستاذة ميسم، متعاونة جدآ وذوق في التعامل اشكر الفندق على اختيارها

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Even though its old the hotel is well maintained & it is clean. Room’s size acceptable . Furniture old but clean, bedsheets, pillows and towels all clean. I only stayed for one night so it was ok. Important to me it was a clean hotel & it’s location was fantastic! .
