Start Otel gave us a wonderful introduction to Antayla. Located just outside the old City..we had easy access to the Marina, Hadrians Gate and Kaleci. The staff were always friendly and helpful and a delicious buffet breakfast was served every morning. Unfortunately, there were some ongoing repairs that were taking place while we were there and the stairways and elevator were not always at its best.

Осталась в полном восторге от проживания в этом отеле. Идеальная локация — самый центр старого города: рядом все рестораны, кафе и достопримечательности, при этом сама улочка очень тихая, а в отеле спокойно и комфортно. Отдельная благодарность персоналу — невероятно приветливые, внимательные и искренние люди. Мне сделали поздравление с днём рождения, и это было очень приятно и тронуло до души. Номера небольшие, но очень уютные и продуманные: есть всё необходимое — качественное чистое бельё, душевые принадлежности, фен, холодильник, сейф, вешалки. Сам отель красивый, тёплый, с особой атмосферой уюта. Завтраки очень вкусные. Сюда действительно хочется вернуться. Спасибо за заботу, комфорт и прекрасные впечатления ❤️

I need to redeem myself and the hotel from my earlier posting. The hotel redeemed itself by giving me a better room and service upon my return  after the following experience with them. I was booked for 3 days initially. I then sought through this site to book for a further consecutive 5 days but either I or Trip made an error in the booking and we missed booking the first 2 days of the 5.  On the day which the hotel had me checking out I was off venturing not realizing the error. When I returned post check out time the male Receptionist was very upset, yelling at me and could not give me another room being fully booked.  His only concern was seeing this 79 year old Canadian male tourist travelling alone in a foreign country not knowing the language put out on to the street. Just as a thunder storm was brewing. Together we realized the error which of course was not of the hotel’s making.  I asked him if he could recommend another hotel. His response was “just down there” as if it was almost next door. I walked down the steep hill some distance but couldn’t see it because it turned out to be about 500 meters away. Returning, I asked him if he would call the hotel to see if they had a room. He said that he did and they did. I asked him to call me a taxi. He said “push the button”. I had to ask him “What button ?”  There is a taxi  call button on the outside of the gate unknown to me. When the taxi took me to this Atlas Hotel they had NOT  received any phone call from him nor did they have a room for me !!  I was distraught. In Canada the hotelier would take steps to ensure that their client was safe and able to find alternative accommodation which this person did not in any way. The taxi driver was able to find me a suitable hotel. Thanks to him.  SOME cautions to older patrons. This hotel is a considerable distance UP QUITE A STEEP HILL so if you are a walker take that into account. A laundry service was quoted at 15 Euros, in town it was 4 Euros. A 19 TRY bottle of water was 60 TRY at the hotel. They never did get the TV to work.  Finally, upon being treated so disrespectfully, upon discovery of the booking error,  I sought to cancel the further 5 days and obtain a refund. That was refused which was their right so I did return and was treated hospitably.

พักที่นี่สองวัน ขอแชร์ประสบการณ์หน่อย โดยรวมแล้วดีแนะนำมากครับ ข้อได้เปรียบ. ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม มีรถไฟฟ้าและรถบัสอยู่ห่างไปแค่เพียงนิดเดียว และสถานีรถบัสก็อยู่ห่างไปแค่รถไฟฟ้าเท่านั้น มีห้างสรรพสินค้า ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต และถนนคนเดินมากมาย สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวทุกแห่งในใจกลางเมืองและกำแพงเมืองเก่าริมทะเลอยู่ห่างออกไปเพียงระยะเดินถึง แผนกต้อนรับให้ข้อยกเว้นและให้เราเช็คอินได้เวลา 8.00 หรือ 9.00 น. โดยเร็วที่สุด ซึ่งถือเป็นเรื่องที่น่าประทับใจมาก พื้นที่ดีและมีระเบียงอาบแดด อุปกรณ์มีน้อย แต่เครื่องนอนก็โอเค ข้อเสีย: วันแรกไม่ได้เช็คอิน พอไปเจรจากับพนักงานก็บอกว่าจะทำความสะอาดให้ในวันถัดไปเพราะพนักงานยุ่ง ทักษะการใช้ภาษาที่อ่อนแอ

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

Приятное место в самом сердце Старого города. Популярное место, много гостей. Странноватая планировка номера, не очень удобная. И пришлось побороться с входной дверью в блок со сьютами. Брать их ради террасы не стоит, так как она общая с другими номерами и на проходе. Вкусный обильный завтрак (кофе только подкачал), особенно поразил выбор оливок - штук 6-7 разных вариантов!

ฉันชอบโรงแรมนี้มาก สวยงาม พนักงานเป็นมิตร และอาหารเช้าก็อร่อยและสวยงาม ห้องพักของฉันมีทางเข้าแยกต่างหาก และทำเลที่ตั้งก็ยอดเยี่ยมมาก กว้างขวาง มีเตียงขนาดใหญ่และระเบียงกว้าง เครื่องใช้ในห้องน้ำในห้องก็คุณภาพสูง พวกเขาทำความสะอาดทุกวัน (แม้ว่าฉันจะไม่ได้ใช้ทุกวันก็ตาม) มีรถตู้รับส่งจากโรงแรมไปยังบีชคลับทุกชั่วโมง บริเวณโดยรอบเงียบสงบ และฉันชอบที่อยู่บนคาบสมุทรมาก ทุกอย่างสมบูรณ์แบบสำหรับฉัน ฉันหาข้อเสียไม่เจอเลย ฉันจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน ฉันจะแนบรูปภาพมาให้ดูสองสามรูป ขอบคุณสำหรับการต้อนรับของคุณ!

โรงแรมแห่งนี้เป็นโรงแรมประเภทเรียบง่าย สะอาด สะดวกสบาย และมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพื้นฐานครบครัน เราชอบบรรยากาศที่นี่! เราเลือกแบบ ”รวมทุกอย่าง” ดังนั้นจึงรวมอาหารและเครื่องดื่มไว้เกือบตลอดเวลา (อาหารตุรกี) เครื่องดื่มต้อนรับและของขบเคี้ยวในบาร์มีจำกัด ซึ่งอาจเป็นเพราะฤดูกาล และช่องทีวีก็มีให้เลือกไม่มากนัก เราอยากดูหนังหรือช่องเพลงต่างประเทศมากกว่า ส่วนสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก สระว่ายน้ำค่อนข้างเล็ก แต่พื้นที่สปาพร้อมห้องอบไอน้ำและซาวน่าก็ดีมาก เราอยากเล่นเกมฟรีบ้างเพราะฝนตก แต่โชคไม่ดีที่พวกเขาคิดเงินค่าเล่นบิลเลียดและเกมอื่นๆ การแสดงเต้นรำตอนเย็นสร้างกำลังใจได้มาก!
