เราได้ห้องที่ต้องการแล้ว ใกล้กับลิฟต์ ห้องพักดี ไม่มีวิวอะไรเป็นพิเศษ มีแค่ผนังด้านในของโรงแรมเท่านั้น ห้องพักค่อนข้างเล็ก ห้องน้ำใหญ่ ค่อนข้างดีและเราชอบที่พักนี้มาก

การเข้าพักที่โรงแรมแห่งนี้คุ้มราคามาก เช็คอินได้ราบรื่น ห้องนอนกว้างขวาง อาหารเช้าก็อร่อย มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย มีรถรับส่งไปละหมาดทุกครั้ง โดยรถจะไปส่งที่ชั้นใต้ดินของมัสยิด และใช้เวลาเพียงไม่กี่นาทีก็ถึงมัสยิดอัลมาซายิดอันนาบาวี โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการเข้าพักที่โรงแรมแห่งนี้ดีมาก

Stayed here 5 nights- 23 to 28 September 2025. My adult nephew with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour ran away. The Duty Manager Rimah did everything she could to help us including speaking to the police to help file a miss person report. The housekeeping staff Hasan was off-duty and came across my nephew and brought him back to the hotel in a taxi. At this pool he been missing for more than 8 hours. The concierge was great too. Laundry service was spot on. I am genuinely sorry to the other guests who stayed during this time and that were on the 2nd floor as my nephew had challenging behaviour as part of his disability. Thank you to all the staff at Emaaar Mektan. You treated us like family and genuinely cared and appreciated our difficult circumstances. A huge shout out to Rimah the duty manager and the housekeeper Hasan.

Excellent, clean hotel with a good location. The only disadvantages are that some of the room service staff are uncooperative and take time to serve even after requesting. The strange thing is that one of them lies and claims that we refuse the service. Most of the things we ask for, we say they are not available, and the coffee capsules are delayed from the restaurant, unfortunately.

The hotel is located at good place. Easy to walk towards haram, they also have shuttle bus to take people to haram during pray times. But this hotel was over priced for the service and quality of stay they provide. I assume it was due to rush season in madina. But overall it was a decent place to stay.

This is second time i am staying at this hotel and main reason is location. Its very near to Masjid Nabwi, one can go to prayer and come back room in every prayer. Womens gate also nearby. I travel by road and they provided free parking on availability, which is peace of mind for me. Both times i got the free parking alhumdulillah. Lots of places to eat nearby also in Taiba Commercial Center. Overall very good.
