My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. I’ve never stayed in this hotel despite visiting Medina on a number of occasions the location is okay it’s near both the ladies and men’s gate to access at prayer times I’d say a brisk 10 min walk there is a lot of food places the mini stalls and also great Pakistani food on the doorstep of hotel Now the hotel itself is in need of a little refurbishment the doors in the rooms are peeling and the furniture is old On the other hand the toiletries used are an amazing brand BYREDO….the lifts were very busy and would take a long time to arrive at our floor and also the same on the ground floor Breakfast was standard but fresh I cannot fault the service received by staff members especially Feras at reception and house keeping too all in all a pleasant stay

Location is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops. Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience. Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time. A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.

Even though the hotel is located close to Masjid Nabawi and had one of the best breakfast, the bed was the hardest and most uncomfortable I have ever experienced and that alone will not make me stay here again. It was beyond disappointing and even the overall service was not up to par. So many other guest’s had issues, from the room card not working to be given a a room with someone already there! They need to do better!

The hotel is located at good place. Easy to walk towards haram, they also have shuttle bus to take people to haram during pray times. But this hotel was over priced for the service and quality of stay they provide. I assume it was due to rush season in madina. But overall it was a decent place to stay.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un bon emplacement, mais un rafraîchissement global serait vraiment nécessaire. Plusieurs éléments nous ont déçues : peinture refaite seulement par endroits, meubles marqués par le temps, moquette mal fixée, plinthes manquantes, un drap propre mais troué, faïence absente dans la douche, plafond non rafraîchi, joints vieillissants… Nous avons aussi rencontré un souci avec la douche : la température de l’eau changeait soudainement de très chaude à très froide, ce qui rendait le moment inconfortable. En revanche, le petit déjeuner était vraiment très bien. Le dîner, en revanche, ne nous a pas convaincues. Nous n’avons rien signalé, car nous étions en pèlerinage, mais nous sommes tout de même restées perplexes au regard du prix.
