Excellent hotel, located by Hilton hotel within close proximity to all amenities. The hotel itself is in the ideal spot for coffee shops,food and the taiga shopping mall but more importantly near the gates for both men and women to pray in the Masjid Al Nawabi’ which is so convenient. The hotel staff are all very polite and mannerful, and always ready to help., especially housekeeping staff are always at hand with nothing being too much for them to do. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone as it is still like new with the furniture and condition of the rooms, we will be staying here again without a doubt.

I’ve never stayed in this hotel despite visiting Medina on a number of occasions the location is okay it’s near both the ladies and men’s gate to access at prayer times I’d say a brisk 10 min walk there is a lot of food places the mini stalls and also great Pakistani food on the doorstep of hotel Now the hotel itself is in need of a little refurbishment the doors in the rooms are peeling and the furniture is old On the other hand the toiletries used are an amazing brand BYREDO….the lifts were very busy and would take a long time to arrive at our floor and also the same on the ground floor Breakfast was standard but fresh I cannot fault the service received by staff members especially Feras at reception and house keeping too all in all a pleasant stay

Location is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops. Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience. Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time. A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.

Even though the hotel is located close to Masjid Nabawi and had one of the best breakfast, the bed was the hardest and most uncomfortable I have ever experienced and that alone will not make me stay here again. It was beyond disappointing and even the overall service was not up to par. So many other guest’s had issues, from the room card not working to be given a a room with someone already there! They need to do better!

The hotel is located at good place. Easy to walk towards haram, they also have shuttle bus to take people to haram during pray times. But this hotel was over priced for the service and quality of stay they provide. I assume it was due to rush season in madina. But overall it was a decent place to stay.

Our stay at InterContinental Madinah Dar Al Iman was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and spirituality, offering everything one could wish for when visiting the Prophet’s Mosque. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, with direct access to the ladies’ and men’s prayer gates, making it incredibly convenient, especially during prayer times. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, soft linens, and all the amenities expected from a top tier hotel. The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special. Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Check in and checkout were smooth, and housekeeping was attentive to every detail. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and accommodating, making sure every guest felt welcome. Overall, InterContinental Dar Al Iman truly stands out for its prime location, world class hospitality, and serene atmosphere. It’s the ideal place for anyone visiting Madinah, whether for Umrah, Hajj, or personal reflection. We left with hearts full of gratitude and peace, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended! A 5-star experience in every sense!
