Hygiene was great but there were lots of flies in the room (because the previous person had opened the windows) and dead flies blood on the ceilings which can’t be helped in medina. Location was unreal as close to masjid nabawi. Service was very slow to the room if we wanted something would wait an hour. The room felt very old fashioned type but was still a lovely stay and cosy bed.

The location is great. Khalid at the reception was very kind, polite, and helpful. My only concern was the cleanliness. The bathroom wasn’t clean—the walls and floor hadn’t been properly cleaned. My clothes touched the standing lamp and got very dirty, which suggests that the lamp was also very dirty.

Location Number 1 But check out time is very bad specially when you are in Madina for Masjid e Nabwi Juma parayer They want it to close sharp at 2 o clock whereas normal checkout time is 3-4 O clock

The hotel is located at good place. Easy to walk towards haram, they also have shuttle bus to take people to haram during pray times. But this hotel was over priced for the service and quality of stay they provide. I assume it was due to rush season in madina. But overall it was a decent place to stay.

ห้องน้ำค่อนข้างเล็ก แต่ส่วนอื่นๆ ก็ไม่มีปัญหาอะไร พนักงานต้อนรับช่วยจองแท็กซี่ไปรถไฟความเร็วสูงฮาราเมนในนาทีสุดท้าย พนักงานก็ช่วยเหลือดีเช่นกัน บริการของ Dobby ก็ดีและน่าพอใจ ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือที่ตั้งของโรงแรมอยู่ไกลจากมัสยิดนะบะวีย์และห้างสรรพสินค้าหรือร้านอาหารชื่อดังในมาดินามาก คุณต้องเดินมากกว่า 30 นาทีเพื่อไปยังจุดท่องเที่ยวยอดนิยมทั้งหมด และมันก็เหนื่อย! ไม่เหมาะสำหรับพาพ่อแม่ที่อายุมากมาด้วย

One of the better hotels in Madinah for sure. Everything was top top tier.. The location was good, wouldn’t say excellent (6-10 minutes to Gate 5/4 depending on the lifts and how quick you walk, better for the women to their gates compared to Pullman Zam Zam). Breakfast and styling was great.
